I am only temporarily in the area, so I was under a great deal of duress when shopping for a chiropractor. I took a chance to call and walk into Benessere Chiropractic; it was a chance well worth the risk. Understatement. It was also a blessing they were able to get me in for a same day appointment. Not to mention, the office staff is on point, and most attentive. A great deal of my decision was predicated on their offering the more gentle Drop Table Technique, usage of Activators, Graston Technique, Cranial Sacral adjustments. As a former D1 athlete who will be recovering for life from all the injuries and 'inelastic collisions' sustained over the years, it was an UTTER and COMPLETE delight that I stumbled into Benessere Chiropractic. Dr. Jarett Cicirello was attentive and most respectful about addressing my current state of disrepair, and reacting according to feedback my body offered. Added bonus was Dr. Cicirello was empathetic about the psychology of a recovering athlete. I was sorted out that afternoon, where by I had the best sleep in over a week that night. The chi is most definitely flowing again and I'm SOLID and STABLE once again. I have already scheduled another follow-up appointment for my monthly maintenance. That says something... This was my first experience with a chiropractor ever. I see Dr. Kinports and each of the four times I've been at the office it has taken over an hour because she talks so much about her personal life. I understand wanting to have positive rapport with clients but when it is making me late to see my own clients then that is too far. The most recent time I had an appointment I showed up early and got in 10 minutes late because she was talking so much to the client before me, and the receptionist knocked on her door twice to indicate that her next appt was waiting. When I told the receptionist I could reschedule because I needed to leave, she apologized to me on behalf of Dr. Kinports and said "you shouldn't have to reschedule", so it seems like this issue is fairly known throughout the office. I also have a personal trainer who is invested in my health since it impacts our sessions together, and Dr. Kinports hasn't put anything in writing regarding particular exercises that I should avoid when working out. The whole thing has been very frustrating. Dr. Kinports is very nice and social but I will not be returning here because of the aforementioned reason, and also because she has yet to diagnose me or even suggest I get x-rays, which I clearly need. I am seeking a second opinion later this week. read more

Chris Osterlitz is one of the best chiropractors I've seen, and in the last 40 years I've seen many. He's by far the best I've found in Eugene. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've had mixed results from the massage therapists in the office and have opted to stick with an outside massage therapist who is top notch. read more

I started seeing Dr. Cicirello a few months ago and he's a great Chiropractor! He pays attention to his clients, which is great since we usually know what's going on with our bodies. He is also well versed in different chiropractic techniques, which has been very beneficial. read more

After a work injury and several car accidents, I found chiropractic and massage treatments to be very helpful in my well-being. Rehabilitative classes help me with stretching and strengthening as well. I would recommend this facility highly to any friend or family member. The decor is exceptional! read more

I would "like" to give this office a better review, it is simply not possible. Dr Kinports is far too chatty. I think I know more about her kids than she knows about my back. Very limited set of tools for complex adjustments, not even electrical stem on site. Office staff is far worse. Rarely receive a call back and when I do, its the next day, even if calling before 1p the day before. Could simply be that the front desk person needs help. In this day an age of so many resources available to us, how you treat me when I am not feeling well (especially) matters and there is ALWAYS a different choice available. Good luck. I have been here several times over the years, but will not go again. There are times when Dr. Osterlitz seems very distracted -- and so focused on getting the next patient into his room -- that he is not mentally present. It's very frustrating to feel like your time with Dr. Osterlitz is extremely rushed. It feels like all he really cares about is seeing as many patients as possible and making money. Chris Osterlitz was so kind to fit me in during a visit to Eugene, OR. I had a good reference for Benessere Chiropractoc, knowing not what to expect, and in alot of discomfort and pain, I went to my appointment. Dr. Osterlitz was kind, understanding, informative explaining everything. The treatment was non aggressive and I felt realigned and restored. I left the office reenergized, out of discomfort and walking lighter and taller. My only regret is I don't live in Eugene. The closest Cox Technic Dr. office is 88 miles from my house. If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. I am not usually the type to go out of my way to review places, however I had such a horrible experience here I wanted to warn others. I was referred to Dr. Osterliz by a friend of mine who is a long time patient of his awhile back. He was booking a few weeks out and I was in need so the staff offered I see his associate Jaret Cicirello. He arrived to the office 15 minutes late for my appointment did not even acknowledge his unprofessionalism in being late. He was dressed inappropriately and I did not even feel comfortable based on this. He was not well groomed and seemed like he had no consideration for other people's time. I can not attest to Dr. Osterliz's work but I will say if you cannot get in with him do not waste your time with Jaret. Never returning and will tell everyone I know to stay away as well. read more

I've seen dozens of different chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, massage therapists, pain specialists, osteopaths, etc., and none have been able to get me back to a pain-free functional existence better than Dr. Osterlitz. His use of pragmatic, research-based techniques eliminates the dangers associated with more traditional high-force chiropractic adjustments. Moreover, Chris is incredibly knowledgeable about diet and exercise, nutrition, and the psycho-emotional stain of injuries and pain. Plus, he is a tremendously good human being. I have a complex physical history that Dr Osterlitz is knowledgeable and yet gentle enough to be able to give me the relief that I need. He is gentle enough that I have him adjust the joints of my daughter to keep her from having growing pains. Dr Osterlitz also adjusted my mother 1 week post-op from a knee replacement that helps her surgery recovery. read more
