Jacob and his team provided misleading information and we ended up with a collection bill from Commerce Insurance (whose product they sell). We tried to get the full picture and additional information about the outstanding bill from Jacob - noone returned our calls, when we called Jacob and his son Avi were always "out for lunch". Their passive/aggressive secretary sent us personal derogatory emails - ridiculous. Emailed Jacob 3 times asking to get to the bottom of this - NONE were answered. We basically ended up footing a bill for 1/3 of our yearly premium for 1.5 month of coverage... Do yourself a favor and find a different insurance company in greater Boston area.
