I fell down stairs and hurt my tailbone, I tripped hiking and rolled downhill, hurting my back and hip, and I also had a bad hike- too high, too fast and wrenched my left leg and hip. Needless to say, besides pain, I had difficulty walking, was very stiff and protective of my back, my leg muscles were spasming with restless leg day and night. I couldn't even lift my leg to put my pants on. I went to 2 different chiropractors and 3 different massage therapists until I found Mark. Mark immediately identified and zeroed in on my problem. He focused on the affected muscles with a passion. He has extremely strong hands and no fear. I've never worked with any massage therapist like him before. I went in to see Tina and my body was a MESS. Dealing with a lot of stress, anxiety, depression and my job is extremely physical as well.
