I felt this was more than fair considering the massage was $70, my neck and back pain did not change, and they called me nonstop to change my scheduled time. What a godsend this thing is...especially for us old guys that havent seriously worked out in a gym in years or even decades. I also see it producing amazing gains for local professional athletes and gym rats alike. Not bad for only spending 30 minutes a week on the ARX Machine. Then I did one of their recovery sessions that included this massage technique (I think they call it the Novasana Method?) and it was incredible. Not your typical massage -- way more targeted and effective. The space is beautiful and peaceful, and everyone there was kind, professional, and really tuned in to what I needed.
