He pulls price quotes out of the air, without a contract and does not provide receipts. He is very vague and would not have finished the job if I hadn't kept calling. I noticed lots of downtime during which nothing was being done but talking, truck cleanouts, etc. , prolonging the job unnecessarily. As the owner of these companies, Tom should be involved somewhat from start to finish, inspecting the job for quality. He is not easy to deal with, and I was patient because I needed job done after paying for it. The job was finally completed, not as originally planned, but I was in concurrence with the changes, yet paid in full for the complete job. I do not recommend him or these companies.

Beware with this company and scheister. Prices go up as the project goes on. A price quoted over…read morethe phone goes up 500 bucks within minutes. His prices listed in the advertisement are a joke and don't know how the BBB hasn't busted this guy. On the positives, the work is quality as are the materials. But the lies, price inflation and attitude of staff are horrible. We needed several things fixed that were not done right originally and got major pushback which was a big hassle and stressful to deal with. One of his employees came by to fix an item while I was not home and he yelled at my family and cursed at them. They did nothing like that when I was around as they knew better. I dont take that stuff and I'm a big dude that nobody insults. Had I been home I can guarantee he would not of cursed at my family period. I definitely don't take abusing my family verbally lightly. But this shows you the true character of this guy and his staff. Search elsewhere unless you want problems and lies
