Recently (May 2023), however, when we asked them to help us redesign a portion of our back yard, they hesitated but then finally provided a proposal, which we accepted. Less than a week later, without explanation, we were contacted and told they would not be doing the job and our annual lawn service would be discontinued. Despite several attempts, no further communication or explanation was provided. We don't know if the business is now defunct or if they simply decided they no longer wanted our business. We would have been ok with any reasonable explanation, but the lack of communication is highly unprofessional and frustrating as we now need to find an alternative service provider mid-way through the lawncare season. Contract this company at your own risk.

Other companies have just dumped our wood closer to the mouth of our driveway, because they can't raise the bed without hitting our gutters, and we've had to move the wood by hand to the back of the driveway, to make room for our cars. They also have an excellent product; well-seasoned and cut in good lengths for a small wood stove, and they work with you to find a delivery time that suits your schedule, and message you 30 minutes before they arrive.
