I had my initial rhinoplasty in 2011 (different surgeon) and unfortunately over time both nostrils collapsed, my tip shifted which caused my nose to become asymmetric and it became impossible to breathe from either nostril. These defects had completely changed my face and for years it was all I could see when looking in the mirror and it got to the point where I began avoiding photos. I spent the past two years looking for a surgeon 1) had experience with revision rhinoplasty 2) would be able to give me a nose that matches my face 3) would allow me to finally breath from my nose (the reason I had my primary rhinoplasty) but when I came across Dr. Bradford's work, he checked off all of the above and so much more! Once I contacted his office, we first had a virtual consult (I'm not from the area), then an in person consult where we took photos and together came up with my ideal nose. Throughout the entire process both Dr. Bradford, and his Patient Care Coordinator, Tarah went above and beyond. They were extremely responsive, worked with my schedule, were very patient and addressed all of my concerns (I had so many), and I admire that they were very transparent with cost, the recovery process, post-op instructions and set realistic expectations for my results. Even after surgery, they checked on me constantly and were available for any questions/concerns. I was very hesitant to undergo a second rhinoplasty (primary was with a different surgeon), the recovery process is tough, and I was worried that the second procedure would only further botch my face and that I would never be satisfied with my nose. However, Dr. Bradford is incredible and literally created something out of nothing. My nose looks better than I could have ever imagined, and even better than the images we created during the in-person consultation, also I can FINALLY breathe from my nose! The first thing I told doctor Radford in my initial consultation was my breathing was first priority. My breathing and as you can see, my breathing was not considered at all. Considered all the things that I have been going through. a surgeon who played a pivotal role in an event that would irreversibly alter the course of my life. On October 21, 2022, I placed my trust in the hands of this medical professional for a series of procedures that included septoplasty, turbinates reduction, and rhinoplasty. Little did I know that this day would mark the beginning of a nightmare from which I have yet to awaken. Now, nearly a year has passed, and I remain incapable of the simple act of breathing through my nose. My nights are fraught with sleepless torment, as I am forced to rely on prescription nasal sprays and the ever-present nasal strip to simply survive. The quality of life I once knew has been obliterated, replaced by a seemingly endless struggle for each breath. The torment does not end there. Dr. Bradford withheld vital information from me until after my surgery - the fact that he intended to change his practice. Had I been privy to this pivotal detail, I would have undoubtedly reconsidered the life-altering procedure. The situation is compounded by concrete evidence indicating the insufficient support in my nasal reconstruction, along with messages that cruelly extinguished any hope of improvement, stating that my breathing would remain impaired even four months after surgery. In response to my pleas for resolution, Dr. Bradford chose to block my attempts at communication, leaving me isolated and abandoned. With no other recourse, I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action against the very individual who was entrusted with my well-being. I implore you, with the utmost sincerity, to distance yourself from Dr. Bradford. The burden of not being able to breathe is an unimaginable ordeal, one that has devastated my life in ways I could never have foreseen. Before you embark on any medical journey, I beseech you to conduct meticulous research. Dr. Bradford's suggestion that I seek another opinion at Loma Linda Murrieta under one of his colleagues, while simultaneously insisting on an additional consultation fee, is a practice that deviates from ethical norms. I am committed to presenting incontrovertible proof of these injustices, offering a chronological account through screenshots of messages and Facebook posts that lay bare the tragic progression of events, and the shattering of my life as I once knew it. Keep in mind I would not be in situation if Dr. Bradford would have told me he would be moving practices to Lake Tahoe I would not have committed with this surgery due to exactly what I am going through right now abandoned and left with absolutely horrible breathing imaginge not being able to sleep and waking up constantly due too nasal valve collapse and making my nasal passages very narrow. Also asking for my money back is not being aggressive. I want to remind you i sent Dr. Bradford, a letter stating that i would like my money back and he denied the letter and sent it back. i had also sent the letter certified. He asked me to send him some pictures and I did, he never replied and I even followed up a couple days after to no response. I don't usually like writing bad reviews, but the level of professionalism and attention are horrible. It is unfortunate that Dr. Benjamin Bradford has to get a bad review at the expense of his front desk employees. Just to make it clear, my rating is solely on his front desk; I did not even get a chance to meet Dr. Bradford because his front desk employees failed to check me in appropriately. Story: I am so upset, because I left work two hours prior to my appointment to get there on time. I had an appointment at 4PM, and I arrived at 3:58PM to be there on time. I take my time seriously, as I plan two weeks to a month in advance and time is precious. I checked in and informed a young blond lady at the front desk that I had an appointment at 4PM. She handed me paperwork to fill out as first-time patient (which I am still holding on to). As soon as I was done filling it out, I handed over my paperwork/clipboard to another lady (at the front desk), next to the blond lady, who saw me get up. She took my clipboard and told me to hold on to the forms to take with me inside when I get called. My biggest mistake was that I waited PATIENTELY until 5:15PM to say something, and realized that they were closing. I assumed that they were running behind and that I was the last patient of the day, but no, they forgot about me. And so I got up, peaked my head through the back, since no one was at the front desk anymore. I informed a nurse in the back that I was waiting since 4PM to get seen. Veronica asked me who I was there to see, and I replied "Dr. Bradford" and gave her my full name. She was confused because he had already left. While she was putting the pieces together as to what happened, she said that the front desk had me as a "no show". I was so mad at that point, because I was checked in and filled out paperwork. Are you kidding me? I left work at 2PM, got there at 3:58PM. I did not have breakfast nor lunch to be there at my appointment on time, because of the chaotic traffic in So. Cal (construction off 10fwy). Veronica, which she has not the individual to blame, apologized on their behalf and had to be put through a situation of embarrassment because of other's mistake. I told Veronica that it was not her fault and she did not have to apologize for them, in fact she does not work for Dr. Bradford (she works for another doctor in the same office). It is 9/23/21 2:10PM, and still haven't received a call from his office to apologize or accommodate for their mistake. I know about branding and damage control in respect to public relations, and they have not raced to fix this error to acknowledge or investigate what happened. I called the office at 14:36 9/22 prior to heading over, just checking in if I was still on their schedule before I headed over. A preventative measure that they should consider to reduce risk: 1) Have a check-in Kiosk 2) Assuming they would have a 15-minute grace period, they should call the patient to see if they are running behind and warning them if they don't make it within their grace period, they'll need to reschedule. This could have confirmed if they did not check me in "appropriately" that I was there and that I did check in LOL. 2) If they are on a budget to invest on kiosk, they could have had people check in by writing their name on a clipboard like most clinics do. I am very upset, I looked like a fool dedicating setting aside three hours of my day to not get seen!!!! read more

Everything they "say" about what happens to your body at 40 is true. I started to notice that I had dark circles and tons of wrinkles under my eyes. Dr. Bradford suggested trying Restylane filler under my eyes to smooth out the circles and some light Botox for my crows feet. I can't believe what a HUGE difference it made. I feel like I look healthier and younger. I feel so much more confident and I owe it all to Dr. Bradford. read more

The most compassionate and kind doctor. My mother and I went in to get a few of our insecurities fixed. My mother got Botox for a few wrinkles on her forehead and filler to smooth out her laugh lines. I got Botox for a few pesky wrinkles on my forehead that were getting worse every day. We were nervous but Dr. Bradford knew exactly how much it would take for them to be gone but definitely didn't overdo it. At 74, I was diagnosed with two types of cancer on my nose and face. Dr. Bradford was my "plastic surgeon" who put my face back in order after the dermatologist made some pretty serious holes. He did an amazing job of getting the symetry correct on my nose, and then did a dermabrasion to get rid of the scarring. After everything settled down, you can't even tell where the surgery was done. He was very confident that his work would make me look normal, and he was right! I loved that attitude! His office staff was caring and kind. BUT, I hope I never have to do this again! After so many years of not being able to breathe through my nose, lack of sleep etc. etc. etc. I also had surgery on my nose years ago to repair this and since then my nose collapsed amongst other things. I suffered and lived with this for many years. I mentioned to my primary doctor that my able to breathe through my nose was really getting worse so he ordered a scan and it showed so many things wrong. I ended up through this six month process of seeing a few doctors and due to the damage they were not able to perform the extensive surgery that was required around my area. I recently had MOHS Surgery on my ear at Loma Linda. After seeing the "crater" a friend of mine ended up with on his head (performed at a separate facility in LA), I opted for Plastic Surgery to close the wound. I am so glad that Dr. Bradford was chosen for the work. First off, PAIN FREE! I knew from my previous biopsy that the ear is quite sensitive...real sensitive, my "woosy" factor was high. I didn't feel a thing. I could hear his playlist in the background (80's hits from MJ and many more to bring up memories and laughs). Yes, we laughed. It was the happiest and relaxed OR I have EVER been involved with. He was assisted by Dr. Bomze (affectionately known as "Dr. Bombz-Away) she did a fabulous job precisely cutting the skin graft as well stitching up the wound... her dexterity is commendable. Dr. Bradford is such a great and humble person, greatest attitude a Dr. can have! Makes you feel in a safe environment, answers any questions you may have, and very honest with the work he does. I just recently had a lip augmentation procedure (lip fillers) and Botox done by Dr. Bradford cosmetic and facial plastic surgeon in Loma Linda University Health. To be honest I was super nervous and scared due to it being the first time ever I had any of these procedures done, and I have to admit it is the greatest decision I have ever made, I definitely love the results. Many years ago I had basal cell surgery on the tip of my nose as a Kaiser patient. It was persistent so I had to have several surgeries leaving me with a strange looking nose. My profile was a dip and a hump and I hated it. I tried laser, fat injections but nothing seemed to last and I came to the realization that surgery was my only option and I was not thrilled about that. A friend recommended an ENT at Loma Linda so I decided to try him. My surgery was an utter failure retaining the same look plus I had no follow up care as he had left Loma Linda. I decided that I would just have to live with it but I was very unhappy. A new ENT came to Loma Linda and I was hearing good things about him so finally I got to the point where I thought I could get through another surgery and I went to see him.
