I have filed my tax return for the year of 2014 through Benjamin Lee Accounting. Filing experience was well; it does not take much to have that filed. However, the bad part came in when I made a call back to them because I did not receive my tax return 6 months after filing; In fact, I have yet to receive my 2014 return up to this data, as of November 21, 2014. I personally thought that the call was extremely irritating; The lady who I talked to on the phone was very condescending. The purpose of the call for me was to find out what else I could do additionally to get my return or they could do to assist me getting my return. During the entire call, the lady just would not stop being condescending. She did not treat me as a customer; instead she treated me as if i am a student of hers. She kept on trying to preach me the fact that "there is nothing else they can do for me. (so do not call me about this matter.)" Before calling Benjamin Lee Accounting, I have contacted IRS and did whatever IRS instructed me to, but that did not seem to work so then I have reached out to them and all they do is stating the fact that "there is nothing else they can do." What a great statement they make as a business entity in tax returning service. The sad part is that she is probably one of the owners of the business. The current condition of my tax filing is that I have reached out to a different tax preparer, whom i was introduced to through a friend of mine, for help and with their assistance, I am in the process of tracing where my return check has been; much better than not knowing what to do and where my return is at.

1. The Benjamin Lee Accounting has stated that "there is nothing they can do for their customers" after return has been filed, even for circumstance where the customers did not receive their returns for a period of 6 months.
a. Due to that, the customers may have to 'seek out' what 'additionally' they need to do to get their tax return filed through Benjamin Lee Accounting.
2. The person from Benjaming Lee Accounting I spoke with 6 months after filing my return is extremely uncomfortable and irritating to speak with; her tone is very condescending and rude. She does not have the basic etiquette on how to treat her customers as a tax returner.
This is merely a statement of my experience with the entity. I am not making any suggestions to whether users viewing this review should use this entity or not; that is up to the users to make a wise judgement based on a number of circumstances and this review may just be one of them.
(Ehhh, may be not. If you're korean, just do not use them at all unless you're a acquaintance of theirs or something; even if i were an acquaintance of theirs, I would not use them anyway tho.) read more
