She is incredibly gifted and I can try to explain my experience but i think that whoever is reading this just needs to schedule a few sessions to be able to experience it yourself. It's an investment in self and there is nothing better in this world than to invest in yourself. It impacts every other aspect of your life, relationships and well being to have the tools and guidance to realizing your own potential, finding peace, clarity, and being able to view the world from a different lens. I was treated with negligence: 1) not given my SSRI meds for almost a week "by accident" and suffered SSRI withdrawal 2) was given an IV meant to last for three days and it wasn't replaced for an entire week 3) was prescribed Mirtazepine, wasn't allowed to google the side effects of the drug, gained literally 50 lbs until I saw a competent psychiatrist who informed me that Mirtazepine is known to cause weight gain. I genuinely had such a positive experience. I went into it open minded, but honestly wasn't sure exactly what to expect, or how it would work. Julie was so down to earth, non judgemental, and comfortable to work with, the next thing I new I had tears flowing and was releasing emotions I didn't even realize I was holding. I definitely didn't truly believe any pain could be relieved by her healing process, especially in one sessio, and was so humbled to experience myself how, as I released certain emotions, some back pain I was feeling eventually melted away to almost completely gone. I was honestly shocked, at how effective the process was, and now am really motivated to do mlre of the exercises she teaches.
