The first 3 sessions, i went 3-5 days without nicotine before letting myself give in. After the fourth session, he told me thats it, it's up to me if this is what I want. I have now gone 34 days without any form of nicotine. Before, i couldn't even go 1 day. Be ready to face your demons as you will be a gigantic a-hole for the first week.
