Dr. Milgram is awesome! I wish I would have had the laser done long ago. Nothing else works. The laser kills the toenail fungus instantly.

Drama flows freely and is allowed to snowball because of management's lack of willingness to address problematic residents who have a history and pattern of creating an uninhabitable environment. Do not go here. Do not let your kid go here. Use your money elsewhere. There are several great sober livings like South House, Psychic Change, Casa Pacifica, Ohana House and more to choose from in the same area. Helping women struggling with alcoholism and addiction is not an easy business to be in. But Ellie manages it well. I found this Treatment Center online and was very scared to call; mostly because I wanted to help save my son from Opioid addiction so much that I was ready to believe anything I was told. From the get-go when Josh answered the call he made me feel comfortable and answered ALL my questions. He understood this was going to be a process and made himself available for any ongoing questions I would have or my son would have. He responded to all of my texts and calls without hesitation. The intake process was very discreet. Normally they pick up patients at the airport and drive them into Tijuana/ Rosarito; but we decided to drive my son all the way there to see the clinic with our own eyes. Aeden and the staff were extremely welcoming and had no problems inviting us in. I don't think it's very common to have families take their patient all the way there; but they never made us feel uncomfortable. Once there Aeden explained the reason the intake process is so discreet; it makes sense. They were very respectful of my son's addiction and never made him feel judged. Aeden took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns while at the same time making my son feel welcomed and (more importantly) understood. We later met Dr Casillas who (again) explained the process. The doc gave our son a full medical review to make sure the treatment was safe for him. The clinic administrator (Valeria) is super nice and was very respectful when it came to handling the payment for the treatment. We even met their doggo- Pancho! The treatment center/ house is very clean and comfortable. They have a full time chef that makes the patients anything they want! They have a large TV with Netflix and even an Xbox. They gave us the WiFi password within the first few minutes. They'll feel right at home while they're there. The view of the ocean is amazing. The beach isn't really accessible but they are a few hundred yards away- so the beach breeze and smell is always enjoyed. They have a heated spa and a sauna room available. We nervously left our son in their hands; but we felt a lot more confident about the center, staff and treatment. Our son stayed for one week (7 days). They housed him, fed him, treated him and cured his addiction pains & withdrawals! My son was allowed a phone so he was always a phone call, text or FaceTime away. They kept us in the loop at all times too. Aeden texted me before, during and after his treatment. By the end of the week my son only spoke praises of Aeden and the entire nursing staff. You could immediately notice that he was transformed by this experience. My son even told me with a huge smile, "It worked!!" He now has a REAL chance at getting his life back and beating his addiction permanently with ongoing behavioral therapy. Experience Ibogaine is the real deal! They genuinely care about their patients. Compared to other places I researched- they are the most affordable. Josh, Aeden, Valeria and the entire staff are great people. If you have a family member that struggles with addiction or you are struggling with addiction- I pray you are able to go to "Experience Ibogaine"!!

Only time I have a problem is when they hire a new nurse who thinks they can talk to us any way they want just because we're addicts. The world won't end if I'm wearing a hat. A hat has no legal or physical ability to make me ineligible for taking methadone. She said she wouldn't do anything or "risk her license over a hat" well it sounds like your DA needs to resign if me wearing a hat twists the DA's panties in a knot. Me wearing a hat literally has no effect on whether I should be able to dose or not. I WILL litigate this if they want to make a deal out of it.

They said no actually you are rquired to purchase a lock box for your take home pills. I spent 6 hours for intake I WORK I am not a homeless person not trying to down homeless people BUT that is not me. They literly have people camp outside until its open at 5:30am and there is always someone waiting for you to enter so they can offer you some drugs before going in. I thought hey this would be good even if I had to come back once or twice a week. So I come back Today "Monday" to have my TB read the nurse or Med nurse said mark out my name on the lable on the bottle then dispose of them in a hole on the counter then she proceeds to hand me 3 tablets to stick under my tongue and tell me to sit down. I waited there for 10 mins they where not complete disolved yet then she says your good to go. I said wait a miniute here should I be getting my weekly dose take homes ASSUMING why they TOLD me to BUY a lockbox out of my hard earned money so I can take home pills. She said "NO" your councilor will call you. I did not get upset I thanked her and walked out. But I was literlly shitting myself in the car all the way back home about this. This hit a HUGE trigger for me I am thinking there is something wrong here. I even asked her how about tomarrow she said she did not know. Listen folks you do me dirty once you wont get another chance. Today I will be finding another source this just is not for me to have to purchase a BOX and GAS to go there and be sent home with pills still desolving in my mouth this is CRAZY. Why could she not have at least called a councilor why did she just let me leave with NOTHING and no steight answer for tomarrow. This is NOT how you CARE for someone who is recovering. I was totally planning on going to all there groups to help others. This Type of care is dangerious its time for me to start hunting for a better alternatative. Folks I am a LOCAL expert on here would never ever leave a bad review unless it was warrented. Actaully in order to reach my level you have to leave quality reviews on Yelp!. I would never call a place bad unless I have fully read others reviews gather information. These people are SHADY if you abolutly must go here please use caution you got drug addicts awaiting your arrival offering M30's for $20 a pill. These are laced with FENTANYL that WILL kill you. this person has a shopping cart right outside there clinic trying to make a quick buck. When you tell him no he offers suboxone they he must have got from the clinic as he had one of those black lock boxes with a number on the bottem meaning it was a loaner box they gave him. So he is not only selling street drugs but his own recovery medication and that is just BAD I truely feel for him he is down on his luck and selling his own pills to one who come and go at the clinic. He is also very smart he doe not do it right in front he waits until you get out your car so he can come up to you. I never aksed how much he wanted for the suboxone because that would be a huge violation that I just dont do even tho I am withdrawing trying to get back on the medication. Folks find another place to go you will be doing yourself a favor.

I've been going here for a couple years now, and I've wanted to write a review, but have been…read morereticent for several reasons. The main being that I wanted to leave a decently high rating, but have been unable to due to the unexplained disruption in my care by the high rate of provider turnover, and thus couldn't. More specifically, my experience here has been that I went through several individual therapists, and while I made progress with each, none were really exceptional. Combine that with the what felt like constant provider changes, the overall experience was very lacking, and I didn't feel particularly important due to this. This was especially true in my couples therapy sessions, where I never really felt listened to. Despite my better judgment, I continued to go to these sessions, but I felt like nothing ever changed for me. I recommend that if you find yourself with a therapist you don't "click" with, you should "shop around". Which is what I'm doing now. I do also have experience in their IOP program. I'm afraid to say that I can't really recommend their IOP, and if you do check it out, I highly suggest "shopping around" the same way you would for an individual therapist. Also, quite unfortunately, I didn't feel very accepted there, but instead felt very judged at times, which when happened, it was very difficult to fully share and be vulnerable. Which may be related to one of their main catch phrases, where you're supposed to "get curious" about why you feel a certain way, felt like it was used very little with me. While there are a lot of negatives, it can be very difficult to find providers that take your insurance. Which they did take mine, so that was nice.

Thoughtful, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, she creates a space where you feel heard without judgment. Appointments never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling understood and equipped with real tools and direction. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients' well-being and long-term progress. If you're looking for a mental health clinic that combines professionalism with real human warmth, this is it. So grateful to have found Bold Health.

I wanted to share my experience in case it helps others…read more I was referred by a friend who also invited me to a cosmetic event that was scheduled for later in the month. I wanted to look more refreshed for another event I had planned earlier in the week and so I decided to go in early for botox. I initially had a positive first impression of this office. The doctor is a family physician who also offers cosmetic treatments like Botox and lasers. I came in specifically for Botox, and although he recommended more units than I usually receive for my crow's feet area, I agreed, trusting his judgment and hoping for good results. He even asked me to return in two weeks for a follow-up touch-up. Unfortunately, within days, I noticed no improvement at all in my crow's feet. I tried calling the office multiple times and received no response. I eventually went in person to have him evaluate the results. When I showed him the issue, he told me "not to smile so hard," which was surprising especially since during my appointment, the medical assistant had encouraged me to smile very hard for photos. At my two-week follow-up, I was expecting a touch-up as discussed. Instead, he recommended doubling the amount of Botox, and when I asked if I would be charged again, he said yes. This was concerning, as I have never needed that much product before, and my regular provider achieves effective results at a much lower cost. While he attempted to justify this with scientific explanations, my experience suggested that technique and anatomical precision, both critical in Botox, may have been lacking, rather than the amount used. What was most disappointing was that after this entire experience, there was no effort to resolve the issue or stand behind the results. Instead, I immediately received a reminder text invitation to a cosmetic event promoting additional services and products. Given the outcome of my treatment, this felt dismissive and a lack of professionalism and patient care. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the results, communication, and handling of concerns. I would not recommend this doctor, especially for cosmetic procedures where experience, technique, and ethical standards are essential.
