I found this item online and the list price is $272.95 but it is on sale for $191.05 online so I called and I spoke with someone to ask what my account was and was quoted a price of $150. I said thank you and hung up to double check with my husband if he wanted to do this and if price was OK. I called back less than 15 minutes later and I another person answered the phone. I gave him my phone number and he tells me the price is $54.59 a gallon. I told him I wanted the 5 gallons and he told me that price would be $272.95! I told him I was just quoted $150 less than 10 minutes ago. He asked if I got a name I said no but it was less than 15 minutes ago. The guy told me sorry the price is $272.95. I went back and forth with him for a few minutes about honoring the price I was just quoted. He would not honor it. I asked to speak with someone else. I was on hold for over 5 minutes so I hung up and called the next closest store. I explained what had happened and the guy at the other store said I will match the price and give you $20 off for your aggravation. Great so now I paid him right then on a credit card and told him my husband would call once outside (Due to Covid you have to place order and they bring it out to you) I then called back this store and asked for a manager. Eddie gets on the phone and you can immediately tell he has an attitude. He tells me that no one would have quoted $150 (I am not a liar!) and that was his cost. He said he would not even honor the online price of $191.05. I said that they just lost a loyal customer as I live in the development right behind them - again, Eddie didn't care. You can see my last review was 5 years ago and its the ONLY good review for this store. If Eddie is the same store manager from about 4 years ago I had some questions regarding HOA paint colors and he was not very eager to help. I highly suggest looking at other reviewers and getting yourself a new manager for this location. If another store was able to match the price, the should have honored the price I was quoted originally, obviously they could have done it.
