I can only try to express my gratitude of Dr Phams office. I found them a little over a year ago, after almost a decade of toe nail fungus. I tried other places and all they wanted to give me was topical & harsh pills with terrible side effects. At Dr. Phams I had a planned out treatment consisting of laser treatments (that were not painful) & medication as well as topical. Also medical pedicures. I followed these treatments to the T & within 6-8 months I saw such improvement. I now have normal toes & am so grateful for him & his office. Rachel is so meticulous with the pedicures too. I've also had my 2 big toes Ingrowns removed & that went well too. As far as scheduling I've not had an issue at all Maria and the front desk always accommodate where they can. I appreciate them! I am extremely disappointed with this office and the way my billing and insurance matters were handled. My initial visit went well. We discussed my treatment needs, and I agreed to have foot x-rays taken in order to obtain custom orthotic inserts. Before proceeding, I specifically confirmed that both the x-rays and the night splint I received would be fully covered by my insurance. I was assured there would be no out-of-pocket cost for those items. I was later informed that the orthotic inserts were not covered by insurance, so I paid $500 out of pocket because I was in significant pain and seeking relief. When the inserts were ready, the office attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment for pickup. I explained that an appointment was unnecessary and that I would simply stop by to collect them, which is exactly what I did. Two months later, I received a bill for the x-rays and night splint -- the same services I had previously been told were fully covered. I was also billed for a "visit" related to picking up the inserts. That "visit" consisted of me walking into the office, paying my balance, and leaving with the inserts. I never saw a doctor or nurse, never left the waiting room, and the entire interaction lasted only a few minutes. I contacted the office to dispute the charges. While they agreed to waive the fee for the pickup "visit," they refused to remove the charges for the x-rays and splint despite the information I had originally been given. I also expressed concern that billing for a medical visit that never actually occurred could constitute fraudulent billing and stated that I intended to report the matter to the medical board. The representative I spoke with responded dismissively and told me to "go ahead." Afterward, I contacted my insurance provider directly. They confirmed that they would be recouping payment for the improperly billed visit and that I did not owe any balance for the x-rays or splint. They also informed me that the orthotic inserts likely would have been covered had the office properly submitted the claim. Furthermore, submitting claims to insurance is part of the provider's contractual obligation. Instead, I was required to pay $500 out of pocket for something that should have at least been processed through insurance and applied toward my deductible. Patients should be able to trust that a medical office is providing honest, transparent information regarding billing and insurance coverage. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I believe patients deserve to be aware of these practices before seeking care from this office. read more

Five. Stars all around. Very large free parking in a safe area. The wellness center has large lobby and the office has enough staff to take care of your foot issues at every level. Dr. Pham is really a winner. He engages with patients and vendors to help all aspects Relating to your feet. Very few doctors engage in neuropathy but Dr. Pham does and has test to determine if supplements will work for your case. Lastly, just found out they have a three chair spa in the back! It is very tranquil and professional. This is real full service for your feet. read more

My experience at this podiatry office was not enjoyable. The doctor was at times extremely condescending and rude, and the billing department is disorganized. I had a follow-up appointment scheduled to give them time to confirm my insurance coverage. When I arrived, I was told they hadn't checked my insurance yet, and I would need to wait. I was then informed that they could not figure it out, and I would need to call my insurance on my own time. They were unprepared, and I paid for this appointment only to go home and figure it out in a short phone call myself. Later, when I was having issues with the quality of my shoe inserts, Dr. Van Pham immediately accused me of having dogs who had chewed them up. This was not the case. He was rude, defensive, and condescending in our conversation. After a verydifficult conversation and weeks of time, I eventually got my shoe inserts back fixed. A month later, I got a bill in the mail, which was unexpected because I had been paying up front for every session. I had to call the office and pull up my own personal payment records to correct this new bill. Now, over 6 months later, I am still getting inaccurate bills in the mail. I hope this review is seriously considered when looking at improving this business or if anyone is considering choosing this facility. A health/medical/wellness business is in a unique position of power because their clients are in pain and vulnerable. It's a shame to experience a business like wellness podiatry attempt to take advantage of their clients and feel entitled to speak down to their customers asking for help. read more

Was under Dr Van Pham's care for several years. The small office is always clean. I've never had to wait very long to be seen at my appointments. Never had trouble making an appointment. He and the staff were always attentive, asked many questions, and listened to any concerns I expressed. I dropped into the office one day without an appointment to drop-off a pair of new orthotics that had adhesive that had failed, so they could be sent back to the lab that made them. I was surprised when I was ushered into a waiting room and saw the Dr just a few minutes later where he examined the orthotics himself, and they took care of the problem. If I need further care in the future, I will be returning here. I noticed 2 poor reviews here. Consider that they both state they did not receive any treatment or even complete an appointment. That's kind of like leaving a bad review for a restaurant one really wants to try, but every time you drive by, the parking lot is full. read more

Have no idea if Dr Pham is a good Dr or not, because I never made it in to see him. 3 calls to office to try to schedule an appt and even emailing my insurance card to get the appt approved and was consistently ignored. Had to keep calling back. Finally got an appt and they were supposed to have my insurance approved and was surprised to find out when I arrived that they STILL had not done so and was told that I may have to pay out of pocket. Dr. Pham is both an extraordinary person/man and he is an excellent podiatrist. He displays a concern for you as a person as well as deep concern for you medically. I say medically because he is concerned for your health beyond just that related to podiatry. He is very friendly and all of his staff is friendly and their customer service is overwhelmingly good. He took great care of my toenail clippings that I receive every 3 months through Medicare. He also recommended I receive a procedure that would stop my large toenail from its continually being ingrown and painful. I received the procedure that was executed quite successfully by him and his assistant. I felt no pain during the procedure and no pain whatsoever throughout that day and the days to follow. When I mentioned that my diabetes was causing vibrations in my foot he gave me a special exam in his office which diagnosed my diabetes is not the cause of my concern and I will be seeing my neurologist next week to follow-up on this diagnosis. I am exceptionally happy and satisfied with all that occurred with Dr. Pham and his staff. I am not a local citizen of this area and I received a recommendation to his practice from another podiatrist who was recuperating from an injury. Type of care - I booked an appointment for a spa pedicure. I gave them my concerns at the time of my call and booking and was told yes my service would be done by the doctor. Fast forward, I was called to reschedule because the doctor had a surgery no problem rebooked for another date. Upon my arrival for my appt I was greeted all was fine. Once I was taken back and seated In the spa chair. I told her my concerns and was expecting the doctor to perform my "spa pedicure" but I was wrong and it was her that ended doing my pedicure. Why was i rescheduled than the first time? Let's get into the pedicure part.. this was nothing special. When I think spa pedicure by a podiatry office I think the works.. callus removal, dry skin removal etc... nope this was a basic pedicure that I paid 80$ for and didn't even get a polish included in that price, nothing but the basics scrub and lotion. She didn't even make my toe nails even. The research I did on what a medical pedicure should consist of is not what this office does. I might as well should have went to a nail salon and would have received a better pedicure/service. This is a complete scam and you have basic nail technicians performing these pedicures not a "doctor" and the quality of the service is basic. read more

I found Dr. Pham on line through his website. There is a nifty way (I thought) to make an appointment; look up the day you want, view available times and reserve the space! So that's what I did but at the end the website said; this is not an appointment - it is only a request for an appointment - we will email you a confirmation. Ok, that was a few days ago.... It's now a few hours before my "requested" appointment time and no confirmation. I tried calling and their answering machine said please wait your call is important to us. 30 minutes later and 60 "Your Call Is Important To Us, Please Wait In Line" and ohhhhh forget it. This is probably an indication of the type of care you get there. At least it's a major red flag. He was the lowest ranked on Yelp - should have listened. read more
