From the very first phone call, their customer service was amazing friendly, helpful, and efficient. When I arrived for my appointment, everything continued to go smoothly. The staff was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable right away. I didn't have to wait long at all, which I really appreciated. The dentist took the time to go over everything with me and worked together with me to come up with a plan that made sense. The whole process felt easy and stress-free. My poor Husband had THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT Seven to Seven Dental ( on Bandera) he had severe/excruciating tooth pain and UNFORTUNATELY, Monarch was not open so I took him to the other facility ( from Hell) He was FIRST seen on Sat. 11/02/19; we arrived at 4:40- (they closed at 5:00) but it was TRULY an emergency and he couldn't take the pain anymore! Well.... the staff DID NOT EVEN go over prices, future financial obligations, or payment plans (OF ANY SORT!) They literally took X-Rays - walked him to the back, briefly looked at his X-rays and DID NOT EXPLAIN a thing to him!!!! Like, WTH?! The Dentist LITERALLY TRAUMATIZED my husband with the "Cracker Jack" experience he received! I WAS LIVID! So, they didn't even numb my husband- literally just STUCK HIM (3) times and he said it was the MOST painful thing ever!!! Sent him him with antibiotics and Tylenol 3 and said to be there the next day for extractions; we go the next day- different Dentist this time, he literally swabs my husband- doesn't wait for the topical anesthetic to take effect- and JABS him AGAIN! (2) injections later, my husband tried SO Hard not to cry (but he did- the look on his face said it all- it was devastating to see him like that) WELL- Tell me why (the incompetents BARELY ask their billing coordinator to go in and talk about finance options?! Like, WTH- it was the twilight zone!) it was $1700(ish) I said,"FINE- we can have it TOMORROW - just please make him better and take the pain away - he's already numbed AGAIN and in the chair- CAN I LEAVE MY DL until TOMORROW- like, what can we do?) AND THAT OFFICE said we'd have to GO BACK AGAIN!!!! I couldn't believe it! After witnessing my husband literally almost jumped out the chair, grabbing the chair arms for dear life, and as soon as he looked at me- he made this HUGE Gasp and started crying while holding his chest! AT THAT MOMENT I thought of Dr. Faddoul and how HE was so much more deserving of money like that! So.... I told my husband calmly, " Honey, I am so so sorry but I don't want you to have to go through this AGAIN- But we have no choice- BUT PLEASE TRuST ME- I'm going to call Dr. Faddoul's office first thing tomorrow and I can guarantee you WILL have a MUCH BETTER experience! He didn't want to leave at first because he just wanted it "over with" but I said, " IF these people are REALLY going to make you come back FOR ONE DAY- ONE DAY- and you're already in the chair and numbed- I feel they are not in this business for the RIGHT reason" SOOOoO, called Monarch this morning- my husband was seen by 1:00pm and Front staff was of course 5 STAR with patient care and explaining EACH and EVERYTHING! So just because someone else decided to cancel their appointment, I have to now cancel my appointment for my child who is in pain. No empathy whatsoever, just sorry we can't help you. If that's any reflection on how well the providers are going to care for you or your children, I'd steer away from this office. Glad this provider gets to leave work early on a Friday and enjoy her weekend while my child has to wait out the weekend to be seen by a dentist now since his appointment was cancelled.
