I was seen as soon as I came in and he talked me through everything he was doing. I think the worst part of going to the dentist is you don't know what's happening and when something is going to hurt. But he always told me what he was about to do and what kind of sensation I was going to feel. I learned a lot about my teeth in my (quick!) 30 minute teeth cleaning. He talked to me about my teeth and what he saw. This was the most painless, quick, and if possible.. most enjoyable.. teeth cleaning I've ever had. I plan on coming back here and will be recommending it to others.

I had done three root canals with Dr. Val Atsen at nearby City Dental, 11 Broadway, and had been in severe, worsening pain since 2022. I tried going to an endodontist Metropolitan Dental Associates (225 Broadway) but they were very unhelpful. All three of Dr. Atsen's root canal procedures failed, and he put the wrong size canal on all the infected teeth. A family member recommended that I see Dr. Elliot Schreiber. I went to his office at 42 Broadway. Dr. Schreiber referred me to an angel, Dr. Lauren D'Elia, at 111 Broadway). I have experienced immense relief since retreating two of City Dental's failed root canals with her practice, and will retreat the third failed root canal on 2/29. Dr. Schreiber also adjusted the crown on 14 in the interim so that I would be more comfortable. He is knowledgeable, compassion, detail-oriented, and caring. When Dr. D'Elia did the root canal retreatment, Dr. Schreiber stayed in touch with her throughout the procedure. When I returned to his office to update him, he had already spoken to Dr. D'Elia for updates because he cared so much. When I am done with the third root canal retreatment, I will get all my crowns redone with Dr. Schreiber. Because of him, the quality of my life has improved dramatically.
