Seems like upholstery and paint always turn into a bigger deal than you planned(if you know you know) but this was a great experience. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

I pulled up on a busy Friday afternoon and walked in though the door expecting to enter an office, but found myself standing in the middle of a shop packed full of beautiful cars. I waited only a moment before Chuck peaked his head up over the dash of a fully restored ancient beauty. I told him my girl's top was sagging and he dropped his top to help me out. He spent about 20 minutes trying this and that until he found just the right thing to shore up my girl's droop. Cost? Free. He said it only took him a few minutes and was an easy fix. I tried to pay him, but he refused. Before he left I wanted to get his opinion on dying my suede side doors and he told me it would be too expensive. Clean it instead. He has a shop full of gorgeous cars on which he's down some beautiful work. Chuck worked at finding the perfect color and perforation match for my torn up car seats.
