Richard arrived on time, was very pleasant and easy to interact with, and provided a quote via email. He explained the entire process, from his initial home visit for an estimate, through what a scheduled cleaning event would look like. We agreed to the quote and have had three cleanings over the last six weeks. Barb and her assistant arrived on time each time and, have completed the home cleaning as we expected. Nothing is a problem when you talk to Richard or Barb, the lines of communication are open, and they are always receptive.
