June 8, 2021 I drop off my car at the dealership for repair of scratch ( at this collision shop) I picked up my car today (06/11/2021) in the rain. I walked around the car, I really don't noticed anything. I got home after rain stop and car dried. I noticed all this leftover residue and compound. I tried wiping it off with water and towel. After it dried it's still marks from residue and compound. I only had the car for a month. I AM VERY UPSET WITH BOTH THE COLLISION SHOP AND THE FREEHOLD HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. We called another local towing place and was told the wait was at least an hour. An hour and a half later they had not showed so we called Vinny at petro. Thank goodness! He showed up before the first towing company and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. He watched YouTube videos with us and successfully got the job done.
