So I called roadside and this is the company I got stuck with. Car broke down literally 1/4 from my job. They said 45-75 min at 1:30pm.... At 3 pm they said 45 min. At 4 pm they said 45 min. At 5 pm they said 45 min. At 6 pm they said 45 min. At 7 pm they said 10 min. Car got dropped off at 7:45 at the repair shop. Nice. Oh and all the while I left the car in there with the key in it so they can put it in neutral.... So my car sat in a parking lot in Ocean County for 6 hours with the keys in it. 100 degrees out. Can you imagine if I was actually on the side of the road waiting? I will 1000% never use this company again and..... I'll make it a point to tell anyone how bad they really are. Don't so business with people like this. Completely unprofessional. Telling me. 45 minutes every hour. Who does that?? read more

The tow truck operator was very professional and polite.That's where it ends. The woman in dispatch is a fucking moron. They are contracted by Allstate to handle roadside assistance. Called them after 2 hours waiting (she told me that at 4:30 PM) and said the driver would be there within a hour. Then Allstate called tofollow up and told them I am still sitting here 3 hours later. Allstate straightened it out and moron girl told Allstate it was my fault because I didn't hang up the phone( I made a call right after I spoke to her so I guess I hung up) so the computer could give her a P.O. She had my name and phone number and read it back to me. If there was an issue she should have called me immediatly. So this fucked up adventure started a 4:30 and I got home at 9:00. I somehow managed to get my car stuck on a large curb that dropped 2 feet. I thought my car was going to be totaled and was so bummed. Nester came and somehow managed to lift the car and back it up with zero damage the car! He was also funny and friendly. He is my Hero. Brothers towing is the best. Highly recommend. read more

My roadside assistance through NJM used Brothers Towing as a local contractor. I used them twice. The first time was to attempt a jump start and the second time was for a tow when we realized the battery wasn't the problem. Both gentlemen who came were very professional and friendly. read more

I called my insurance company to request a tow. They said 1 hour. Before my 1 hour was even up, they called me 3 times to tell me the driver was running late. Again, after the hour was up, another 4 calls saying he's running late, "he didn't tell me he's running late". "He hasn't arrived yet? Wow! I'm going to call him right now! This is unacceptable." It's been 20 minutes since my last call, when they told me he's running late and will be here in 10 minutes. Glad to know he's driving safe and slow to get here. Unbelievable! Customer service doesn't exist in this industry, and especially not with this company. read more
