Nothing could be further from the truth at Brick's Best. When I arrived at Brick's Best, I was greeted immediately by friendly faces who took my appt right on time. They invited me to have fresh coffee with cold Milk, some packaged snacks, and a sparkling clean bathroom. They diagnosed my issue in less than 10 mins and discovered another issue that I didn't expect and said they would fix that too. They promised it would be done before I left...and within an hour, it was done. They even took the initiative to replace my loose plastic engine plugs at no addl. I've worked on cars since I was a teenager, but I don't have a place anymore to do so. If they weren't honest, I'd know it. They've never tried to upsell me on anything. They've never been and will never be the "replace your blinker fluid" type of shop. True honest guys that I fully trust. They DO, however, add a 3% fee for using your credit card, so bring cash! First time my car was in, the AC got fixed and it still works perfectly over a year later. Second time, the brakes needed to be done. They replaced the pads, rotors, and calipers - all of which I knew were the problem. The left caliper was sticking (I suspected so,) causing the bulk of my bill. That wasn't an upsell, it was necessary. I also need to get a wheel bearing replaced, but because it's another $400+ job, that will have to wait. Instead of pushing me into it, they warned of the risk, and said it isn't loose, so I do have some time as long as I stick to local driving. That was a relief to have the option to accumulate some money again. I have called around and compared prices, and they are even, if not cheaper than competitors. Fear not! You are not being price gouged!

They treated me like a true neighbor and discovered the secret to why the tire was loosing air. A bad stem AND a bent rim, no doubt caused by these great roads we have here. Mystery solved, tire and new rim installed, neighborly service. I hadn't been to Johnny's before as a family member always took care of my car. I'm very glad to know that they are around the corner. I'm very eccentric, so anyone with patience for that, gets my vote.

Went here because of the reviews sorry to say BIG MISTAKE! These people are a straight up rip off…read more$1,200.00 for a job that was never finished and now that I bring it back so they can fix it the right way, they asked for $840.00 and not giving me the option on whether I want to pay that price for a repair. And my bummer has a dent in it now.
