I held…read moreonto the guitar the sales person ran over and ask me if I just bought the guitar I explained what happen she took the guitar from me and was inspecting it as if I was not telling the truth , I put the hook back on the wall she then took the hook I told her the guitar did not drop to the floor , I actually had planned on buying the guitar that's why I went over to get it off the hook. But after the rude paranoid responses I received I decided to buy it elsewhere. A really weird energy and passive aggressive vibe during the visit. I'll not not shop here again . Zero stars

I notice each time I go another loyal/longstanding customer present each time im in the shop. Owner knows his stuff. Father in law bought many instruments here while he was alive. I have purchased a banjo and am taking lessons. I dropped of a Deering Goodtime Special with a Yamaha for maintenance and repair and they were ready in perfect condition in less than a week! I had to double check the price because the cost was so low. 5 stars

Only one person working at the store that I could see ....no-one available to unlock the acoustic guitars I was wanting to try out (the better ones are locked to their holders ....understandable, but then someone should be available to unlock them for customers!) And even if I had gotten to try the Martin model I wanted ( an upgrade from my current model), the strings were so tarnished from age that I couldn't have trusted the sound. Clearly no one was periodically changing and updating the strings. :-( Overall a very disappointing experience.

Brought a little older guitar in today for restringing...explained the details of the instrument…read moretwice on two separate phone calls to staff prior, both times, 'not a problem, come in and we can handle it'. I get there the repair technician dosen't even touch it, looks at it with distain (I guess since it wasn't brand new, or I didn't buy it there perhaps?) and said 'I'm not touching it'. I told them the could replace the strings, do whatever, change me accordingly...didn't make any difference. He wasn't going dirty his hands, with a real job, I guess. Now its off to find someone who actually wants business. To the owners of the store, unless your doing laundery there, expect this place not be around for the long haul.
