Early evening I realized that cold air was coming out of only two of the vents and the house was warming up. I can't imagine a better experience getting my dryer vent cleaned with Wyatt and Best Way Dryer Vent Cleaning. Let alone one of the better service experiences I've had overall. Quick responses, reasonable up front pricing, easy scheduling, follow up emails, text on time before arriving, arrived on time, wore the booties like he said. But the most honest and excellent experience was Wyatt inspecting the job and advising I didn't need the cleaning. I moved in a few months ago and didn't know if the vents were ever cleaned or not and wanted to be safe and sure. Apparently I had good flow which was good, and he showed me that my house design had very little travel path and was it good order and I could do my own cleaning in the future if I wanted. He only charged me the nominal service fee for stopping by and doing the inspection. And he gave me an appliance repair reference in case I needed one in the future. Wow! I found Best Way on the internet. I called him while another guy was here b/c I suspected the first guy was really trying to sell me on other products/warranties and over charging me. I was right. Wyatt did the job for much less and didn't try to sell me warranties. My vent system was at least 9 years old and most likely older. I needed a whole new vent system.
