I can't say enough about Wyatt and Best Way Dryer Vent Cleaning. We have been dealing with dryer issues for probably the better part of a year or more before Wyatt stepped in. We had to run our dryer multiple times for anything to dry. We brought in another vent cleaner who "cleaned" our vents. It did not fix the problem. It was an old dryer so we replaced it, yet we were still having problems. Since we just did the vents, we assumed it was something with the dryer. A technician came out for the new dryer and the diagnostics kept coming back with different issues. Since it was under warranty, they basically replaced every part, yet no improvement in performance. I kept on thinking back to the prior vent guy and my gut told me to bring in someone else for a second look. Wyatt was our choice and within minutes of arriving exactly when he said he would, he knew it was a vent problem by simply putting his hand in the lint filter. He also showed me the issue with his camera after inserting it in the vent. After completely clearing the vents (they were pretty nasty) and suggesting a few other minor things that would help performance; everything was working perfectly after performing his service. To top it off, he called with a follow-up to make sure that perfect performance remained the case. I can't imagine how much time, money (running the dryer 3 times, buying new appliances), and frustration we would have saved if we called Best Way first. Wyatt contact me about 20 mins after I sent the request and said he was busy but would most likely be at the end of the day. Wyatt ( the owner) arrived at the start of his estimated arrival window, and finished the dry vent duct replacement in under an hour. This included some spirited conversation and a cleaning of the floor under the dryer (last done 10 - 15 years ago). Had a great experience with Wyatt coming out to clean our dryer vents, as our dryer took 1.5-2 hours to dry each load. He came on time, able to look under crawl space to let me know the dryer vented to the roof....not to exterior wall as were previously told by our home inspector. We thought we were going to need new ductwork under the house if it was the duct for the dryer. He let us know that it was only a vent to a downstairs bathroom so no duct replacement needed (saving us about $1,000). In and out in less than an hour and able to she me before and after pictures, in addition to me being able to feel the increased airflow in the dryer after the service. Highly recommend! read more

Wyatt was great to work with! After making an appointment to have him come out and replace my dryer vent he emailed me to confirm the appointment and sent a text about 30 minutes before he arrived. Wyatt was great. I called around to multiple companies, after I heard a bird in my dryer vent. He came within 24 hours and after 6pm. Since I live in a mid sized condo other companies declined the potential job. Wyatt showed up on time. Then he discussed the fee and what he would need to do. Wyatt was not able to put a new cover on dryer vent. At street level, its not level and its good 30 feet up. I agree it makes more sense to come back at a later date. He agree to an all in cost of $100 for install and a materials. The materials are an upgraded dryer vent cover that only lets air out. (Note I paid a separate fee for the cleaning of the vent) I am a very satisfied customer. read more

Best Way Dryer Vent Cleaning is the Best! The guys called an hour before arrival to confirm our appointment, showed up on time and got it done fast! The vent pipes were cleaned out, new magnetic covers installed, vent fans were tested to be sure everything was working properly and away they went... The new vent covers look amazing and the vents now work even better than expected. Did not know how clogged up and slow running the fans were until the bird nests were removed. The house smells better, looks better (no bird droppings on the side of the house) and feels healthier (if that makes sense?) The vent covers are modern with a streamline design, function properly and now the fans are more efficient at evacuating air... plus the new covers will keep birds from nesting in the pipes again!
