I was introduced to Benny through a friend (another real estate agent who moved out of state). We met a couple of days after that and I explained him what I was looking for and told him about my unique/tough situation. And when I'm saying tough I mean I'm involved in cannabis business and was using only 1 year tax return. Everybody else said "impossible" even agents who specialize in cannabis related loans. Seems like I found the guy who didn't know it was impossible and did it! We went through few homes that most had some great things but missed other parts that I wanted until we walked into the house that straight from the main entrance before even looking at other rooms, backyard etc I told Benny "I want that house, I love it". Benny responded "I'm on it". To complicate things more, that was Saturday and sellers with their agent were reviewing offers the next day, on Sunday. Benny made a call, put in an offer with a great incentive for the sellers but one that didn't inconvenience myself and the next day the sellers accepted our offer.
