I experienced several real estate transactions. The good listing agents impressed me the most would offer complementary professional cleaning service on the sellers' behalf to facilitate smooth closings. This company does not offer any of this. Despite the sales agreement stated the property would be cleaned at end of closing, the unit was not clean, and this listing agent did not want to respond to buyers' complaints nor honor the sales agreement. Do not recommend this business that offer poor customer services. read more

Whenever i called with a question or concern he either picked up straight away, or called back within say 30 mins.
