The market around here is crazy right now and we were looking within a budget that isn't in the million range aka hard to do in the 4S/Del Sur area and Mike was great at finding us our perfect home and winning the house for us in a multiple bid situation. Our previous home sold in a few days with multiple offers and he was great making the whole process simple. The people who bought our house turned out to be complete and total jerks (thats a nice way to describe them) along with their agent and Mike went above and beyond dealing with them. Our move out was stressful but Mike did his best to smooth over the situation, I wouldn't have been half as nice to them as he was. I experienced several real estate transactions. The good listing agents impressed me the most would offer complementary professional cleaning service on the sellers' behalf to facilitate smooth closings. This company does not offer any of this. Despite the sales agreement stated the property would be cleaned at end of closing, the unit was not clean, and this listing agent did not want to respond to buyers' complaints nor honor the sales agreement. Do not recommend this business that offer poor customer services. read more

Whenever i called with a question or concern he either picked up straight away, or called back within say 30 mins. He had worked in other states and therefore knew local laws/rules and differences from state to state. Having come from Oregon he helped guide me on the steps, what's important and the process. After buying the house found the previous tenants had left some old furniture behind. Contacted David and he got it sorted quickly and at his own cost.
