There is not a black hole in the universe sucking up as many stars as I would like to negatively give this man. First off, He came to my home and asked if we would throw in my TV and my couch into the sale for his buyers. Come to find out it wasn't for his buyers it was for him because he was in the middle of a divorce and needed furniture. What? Then, He wrote up a contract for his buyers with dollar signs in the place of S. A real contract. The home we sold we had actually purchased six months prior and a job was moving us away from the house. We put about $70,000 in renovations into the home. Because of the quick turnaround our agent offered to take half of a percent off the sale commission. Jeff didn't like that. He told my agent he'd get his buyers to come in higher for more commission. Yes. He's that slimy, even to his own clients. During escrow, We noticed our dishwasher was leaking and was damaging the brand new laminate floors we had put in. We spent $1100 replacing the floors. The dishwasher was covered by the home warranty company - fidelity national home warranty (different negative review coming). They sent a service out - AB appliance (another negative review coming for them too). The service told us they would reach out to the home warranty company and get the part ordered but they warned us that it might take a while because of Covid. A month later the home warranty company sent us an email that the part had been shipped. We contacted the appliance company who told us they never received it. So then we contacted the home warranty company-which would put us on at least an hour and a half of hold each time we had to contact them- who said it was back ordered. We called the home warranty company at least once a week to check on this part because we knew close of escrow was coming soon. The buyers were holding $2500 of our money as a deposit. Our move out date came and the parts still had not arrived and Jeff told us that we wouldn't be receiving that money until the dishwasher was fixed. We told them there was nothing we could do about it because it was the middle of a pandemic and there's nothing we can do about the part. My husband and I spent 5 1/2 hours on the phone Trying to figure out if there was anything we could do. Meanwhile, Jeff is sending a slew of emails bashing us to our agent. Telling him we haven't tried to get the dishwasher fixed. Right, Because who doesn't love having a broken dishwasher for two months and doing all of their dishes by hand. By some miracle, The appliance company found the part and said that it had been mislabeled. Jeff still made it hard on us to get our money. So, avoid. read more

The best realtor in California! The only thing I'm disappointed in is that I can only give Tony 5 stars when he deserves at least 100.
