Both Benny, the owner, and Rosie, his assistant were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I was a little hesitant about coming back after my first visit because I noticed a few small spots that had been missed, as well as some product residue that wasn't fully cleaned up. I tend to pay more attention to details than I'd like, so I wasn't sure what to expect this time around. That being said, I'm glad I decided to come back. Just like my first visit, they were both personable, took the time to explain the process, and were happy to answer any questions I had. I also appreciate that they were open to hearing my concerns and feedback and were willing to use it as an opportunity to improve. I had an appointment time window from 9-10a on Monday, 6/22. I even got a message on yelp, "Hey John, a very good morning! Rosie here again, just wanted to let you know that our team is excited to detail your Honda CRV today. We will be there around 9-10 am as our time window, and benny will update you with the eta. Thank you so much, we will see you later. :) " They were a BIG no show! No call, text, nothing. As of this writing, I have not heard anything from this company. I am giving a one star review, unfortunately. I used Yelp to generate some quotes for car detailing. They were very responsive in the conversation about pricing. They answered all of my questions and their Customer Service was excellent. We scheduled for a day to clean my interior. I got confirmation text messages from both the technician that was going to clean my car and the business owner (s). Honestly couldn't have asked for better, Customer Service. But then the technician never showed up for the appointment time. I followed up with the owners and they got in contact with me right away explain the situation. They were very understanding and apologetic and offered to make it right. And shared with me how they planned for this not to happen again. I shared my concerns, of course and they totally understood and I decided I would give them another try. But then the conversation just went silent for about two days. I followed up a few times both on Yelp and through the text messaging, but I never heard anything back. Honestly, I was really looking forward to having my car interior, detailed and I felt really cared for during all of the communication but then for them to just go to zero communication after not showing up it's just not acceptable. At the time of leaving this review, I still haven't heard anything from them. And of course, it was a significant inconvenience for me. Just because of the preparation that it took for me to have my car ready for them to detail it. And just managing my day around anticipating my appointment took time and effort out of my day. I'm willing to change this review if they decide to reach out to me. read more

Nothing inspires confidence like a scheduling message that can't settle on a time. First it was "We're excited and ready to service your Kia tomorrow around 11 to 12," then hours later asking to move it earlier to 9 to 10. I agreed and rearranged my schedule, but they never showed up. No service, no follow-through, just a missed appointment and another reschedule. I work in a field where lives are at stake and I rearranged my appointment at a premium. If the time wasn't actually set, they should have said so instead of asking me to adjust my day and then failing to appear. "Excited and ready" apparently meant nothing, and professionalism clearly requires more than sending messages. It requires showing up. read more

10/10 cleaning and attention to detail. Have a date coming up and wanted the car extra clean. The main parts I had trouble with cleaning was between the seat and door jam. Benny ensured it was vacuumed and cleaned. Benny has a very good eye for detail and has a great knowledge of car detailing. Next time I get my car detailed I'm going to ask for the clay bar treatment and wax. Since my car was smaller it was a bit cheaper than other cars. I believe the difference is about 20-30 usd from the price I paid which was around 100 usd including tip and the October discount. read more

Words can not describe how great the detail service was! Benjamin did a fantastic job at cleaning the whole car and surpassed my expectations with his professionalism and communication! His detailing services are luxurious and top notch that I am sure any car both old and new will benefit with his services. The car he worked on had a decade worth of stains and odors on the interior, and a really dirty exterior with water spots and excessive browning on the tires. Benny's managed to clean it ALL! I am not joking that his services are luxury level of quality, he removed all the nasty stuff and the car feels HUNDREDS OF TIMES BETTER! Hoping back inside the car just FEELS nice when the surface is sanitized, looks new with that conditioner for the plastics, and the odor is gone with nothing but a fresh and clean scent. As for the exterior, the paint just POPS with a nice shine and Benny's managed to remove that mucky brown stuff on the tires that wont come off, now they are dark to the point where I just stand there and admire how darn good the car looks with rich new looking tires. Benny & Sho Sho came to do a paint correction on my trailer after I went to a do-it-yourself car wash. The car wash brush left a bunch of scratches on my trailer. Benny was able to get the scratches out with no problem. Really good job. Happy with it. He also washed my truck. Both are really hard workers.
