This experience here was one of the most bizarre first and last time I will ever go to a quick quack car wash. The value itself was not worth 1299 for just using the one time wash, so I understand why they have membership programs. However, the customer service alone would make me choose never to have this type of membership. I was asked if I wanted the front roller to come down. I was very confused by this question because the representative then told me that it is not their liability if something were to happen. He was whispering and I couldn't really make out what he was saying to begin with. So I said excuse me I'm sorry what was that? And then he repeated the same exact thing "do you want the front roller to come down" and I was wondering, what does that even mean so I asked him I'm really not sure what that means so is there a reason that you give this type of disclosure then he said yes because if the front roller comes down and since you have a rack, there is a possibility that our equipment can ruin your car and we have to ask you so that we're not liable for it. And I said oh no, of course I would not want the front roller to come down if there's any chance that it could mess up my car. Needless to say, the car did look fairly cleaner however I do not believe that it was worth the value for 1299 for what I had to deal with in the moment! No thank you! read more

This is a very disappointing location. They had no towels, it was early in the morning and no spaces to dry your car, and one of the service vans for quick quack took up one of the spaces to dry your car. The problem with this company is they oversell memberships, and then they operate bad locations that are tiny. If you go to ultra express I think they have like 25 spaces to dry your car while quick quack has 10. It's great that you try to sell stuff that's cute, but when you offer no service that's bad for business. Con's: 1. Tiny location with only 10 spaces to dry your car. 2. No towels and absent manager 3. Employee driving a company van took up a space leaving just 9 spaces for customers. 4. QQ oversells memberships making 99% of its locations impossible. 5. The wash quality is horrible. 6. The membership prices are outrageous. Shame on this company for doing a horrible job. read more

I have an account with Quick Quack. Which means I can go to any location. As long as I pay my dues. This was my first time here at this location. It did not disappoint. My car was crazy dirty and came out clean. Much cleaner than it was. That is a win in my book. Customer service was good. I asked for a car wipe and they had it ready. Awesome! read more

If you value your vehicle don't go here and especially this location. Team members aren't properly trained and rude. I had a team member hit the wrong button and ripped the spoiler off my trunk and all I got was a fill out this report and someone in management will get a hold of you. When I tried reaching out for any update I got different answers, I finally tried getting ahold of a manager there isn't one at this location. Over a month later I haven't heard a thing from anyone and good luck trying to call customer service. If you get through to customer service all thy can do is send an email to a manager who isn't there and a district manager who can't be bothered . But I canceled my membership and within the hour they are reaching out trying to get me to come back. If you go here I wish you luck to not go through what I have. read more

Thank you for the clarification. In the denial email, it was pretty straightforward that my claim was denied due to this "gap" that you are not liable for. Your response was a lot more detailed and informative than the email I received. I don't agree with you not being able to release footage, but that's how you guys run business and that's the end of it. I have just decided to move on and leave my review for those who are doing their research on whether to come to this carwash or not. I wish I would've done my research first, but after reading through other reviews, I'm glad I'm not the only one who this has happened to. I just came here because my usual car wash was closed today. I was actually very hopeful, and saw they offered a membership. I signed up for the membership thinking it was a good idea since it's really close to my house. We went through, and as we exited I noticed all four corners of my front window looked like they hadn't been touched. I had my husband go back to the young man at the front and cancel the membership (The young man was very nice and helpful) I just got home 2 minutes away from this car wash and looked at my tires and I have tire shine squirted on one part of each tire, I tried to wipe it into the rest of the tire but it's stained on there and now my tires look like crap. I'll never use another quick quack. I'll take the longer drive to my usual spot rather than come back here. read more

WARNING! Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE! My vehicle has been damaged TWICE! Each time they claimed I had a "gap" in the item prior to going in the wash which is completely false and they refuse to fix the damage to my vehicle causing me over $180 to fix. I have cancelled my monthly membership due to their lack of help and concerns. There was damage to my rear wheel lining where the machine tore off the lining completely on May 16th at around 3:00 pm. I did not see the damage until later that evening when I left my destination. Secondly, the machine tore off half of my windshield wiper on July 11th around 2:30pm. The machine obviously had many instances of damage due to the fact that the young man went to collect my missing part and came back with 3 other windshield wipers that had been damaged and displaced that day. This place has faulty machines and they do not take ownership of the damages done to your vehicle. One of the workers even told me that the super star car wash was way better than this location which says A LOT. read more

I love that they always have drying towels in stock, they free vacuum service is so great! I have had a their top wash for close to a year. It doesn't do the best of jobs I was still pretty happy even if I had to pretty much dry my car myself after each wash. I just got a new car with a rear wiper blade and with in the first week it ripped off the cover to the blade and had broken off the wiper blade but not the arm. I filed a report with them about it. The next wash I did it ripped off the arm to the blade but they found the parts this time. Couple of weeks goes by and they end up buying me the cover to the arm. She told me she watch the video of my car going into the wash with the part but leaving the other end without the part. It ended up needing the dealership to fix the arm because of some special pressurized tool. $145 later I take the receipt back to quick quack and after two weeks, they told me they don't believe their machines malfunctioned and will not reimburse me or give me credit for the $145. So I canceled my account with them. As I was leaving a car pulled up next to me, asking to talk to the team leader about his blade being ripped off of his truck. Over all I was happy with all the people at this store and many others. In would probably get a wash once or twice a week because I use my car for work. Just over all wasn't happy with them not taking full responsibility and fixing the problem. read more
