They did a fantastic job , the inside looks new , outside paint is like looking at ice , it's so clean I see off color touch up paint spots from the dealer I had forgotten about or never noticed. Roof of the car has black dots I couldn't remove for the life of me , now it's pure white and they added a coating. Every thing was smooth from first communication to finish. That response made no sense to me. A promotional wash should still reflect the quality of your business and service. They have good sized towels (bigger than Ultras) and they have them fully stocked so you don't have to worry whether there's going to be any towels or not. Only downside is the parking spots for vacuums is narrow and it's hard to have your doors fully opened during cleaning if there another car next to you with their doors open, but it's not terrible.
