The most efficient key shop/locksmith I have ever used. After home depot and other stores were unable to make a locker key for me I called Benny's. He took a look at the key via text he immediately called and let me know he could produce a copy. It took all of 10 minutes for him to get two copies of my key all with excellent service. They are good affordable key shop, their hours are 10-4pm it's wrong on Apple Maps and Google maps, on their front door they have decal that says 9-6, how we there is a paper sign that says new hours 10-4. read more

I was having a problem with my back door lock. It was a different kind on doubled key lock and couldn't figure out how to get the darn thing off. I couldn't get it to unlock. Called Benny's. So nice on the phone and scheduled me in. They came and changed out my lock and door knob and adjusted another door knob for me. The tech was so great. Forgot to ask his name. Shame on me! I called mid-afternoon to replace a broken ignition key fob, a service they advertise Left a voice message and expected a call back as they also advertise 24/7 service. Three hours later, I called again. "Benny's Answering Service," a man's voice said on the other end. I politely asked why no one had gotten back to me. I have been very disappointed doing business with this establishment. They are more out of the store, than in. I recommend you call before just showing up. I have driven here at least 5 times over the past year to get keys made, only to find a sign on the door to come back later. I did get to have keys copied today they cost me $4 each. I was told other padlock keys would cost $8 each due to special key, but if I brought the locks back, they might be able to save me money by using a less expensive key blank, they would save me $4 each. I was told don't come back today, I have a service call and won't be back until tomorrow. I decided to check out another locksmith and got the original key blanks copied for $1.75 each.
