Making an appointment with fairly easy and he worked around my schedule and showed up within two days according to what I asked for. It took him maybe 60 minutes and his price was average, so I was pretty impressed. The downfall came when two weeks later my side door lock that he rekeyed fell apart on my way out the door to work. It's a special lock in an antitheft door I couldn't get the pin back in. Multiple calls and text messages later over a period of three days, it's been over a month and I never heard back. 24/7 emergency service? Guarantee your work? Okay. Please look at my YELP profile and understand that I am not a fake review. I requested a quote from several vendors, and Martin responded very quickly. The provided a reasonable quote, and offered to do the job same day. He was able to program two car FOBs and cut two keys within 15 minutes, (there was no physical key to copy from; he had to cut the new keys from scratch - I was impressed). He did this at a fraction of the price that the dealership quoted me $450 for just one key. Martin was polite and professional. He quoted me a price, and that is what I paid. It was a great experience, and I will use his service again. Please note that the YELP environment does have some people that leave unfavorable reviews. Sometimes these reviews are legit, and sometimes they are fake. The fake ones, leave enough generic reviews so that they fly under the YELP radar. Got locked out of the apartment after the key broke in the lock. Locksmith on the phone agreed to come in 30-45 minutes but when we told him we had groceries and would call another company, he responded "ok I guess I'll come now." Which is fine we appreciated the emergency response. The locksmith came and got us in the apartment within 20 minutes of calling and did a great job. He made sure, however, that we paid for prompt service. We didn't have time to read through the website or discover their online pricing until after we got the bill. Despite the website saying a residential lockout cost $34 plus a $19 service fee and that they would explain pricing before starting service, he didn't explain the pricing and the final bill was $85. We overpaid based on subjective pricing that goes against what's on the website, and instead of being happy with a competent locksmith doing a job well done, are left feeling screwed. Lesson learned: get pricing beforehand even though they promise to do so on their website. Beware. read more

Martin came out to my home to replace a remote fob for my vehicle. He was scheduled to arrive between 11am-12pm and said he would phone when he was on his way. By noon, I had not heard from him, so I phoned him. I'm not sure if he was behind schedule or if he simply forgot about me. Regardless of the reason, he said he would be out my way within 30 minutes. He arrived within the 30 minutes and quickly programmed the new remote fob. This was also done at a reasonable cost and he even gave me a discount. This definitely would have been 5 star service, but I deducted one star for the late arrival without notification. Fast and professional, Martin was like a key magician! I bought a used 2015 Toyota RAV4 and it didn't come with a key fob. Plus, the key I was given was not original. I'm so disappointed of this provider as we lost our car key at Busch garden and had to call a locksmith, not only we had to wait more the an hour for the technician when we were promised 25 min arrival. When the tech arrive he start to explain what kind of key we had and suddenly the quote of $125 went up to $385 Unfortunately when you with your kids after long day at a park you will pay all you have to be able drive back home. But the worst part is that this company demands only cash payment and when I ask for receipt with the company logo we couldn't get one.
