When I pointed out they never worked on mine, the story changed to "we have to replace it since we threw yours out." After I asked to speak to a manager, she suddenly said she could just give it to me. I left with a basic controller. The one I dropped off came with its full case. This place lost my property, never repaired it, tried to charge me for their mistake, and returned an incomplete replacement. Extremely poorly run.

Alejandra was amazing, looking for what was ultimately an almost impossible request for one of the stones, but knowing I was on a timetable, she pushed through insane winter storms, lack of inventory nationwide, and an almost "unreasonable" request on my end, and made it happen! She kept me in the loop every step of the way.
