He is VERY skilled and was in every way professional. He surveyed the site and listened while we described what we needed; then he produced a design and we agreed on a figure. It was July, around 90 degrees daily. He arrived early every morning and worked steadily for hours with minimal oversight, setting 4x4 posts in concrete, cutting stringers and treads and guardrails, and finishing the top and bottom to be neat and attractive. We love the result. It's amazingly sturdy. After past snows, we had to toboggan groceries down a long drive and around a steep, icy hairpin turn. The stair cuts off the turn and the dangerously steep stretch. One rail is doubled so that grocery bags can be set on it and slid down. Our lives this winter will be easier and safer, and we are calling Chris the next time we need something built!

At the end, he wasn't getting back to me at all even after contacting him a few times by text and email and providing the information he requested and needed (name brand of faucet); so they might be diligent once they get there, but they're certainly are not reliable in setting up an actual appointments to come and fix your faucet. I'm not sure how a service stays in business if they fail to be upfront and communicate with customers.
