We were concerned that they had insurance and Andy provided us with an insurance certificate naming us as an additional insured. The crew arrived at 8:30 am and set to work. By 2 the tree was down. They then did an incredible job grinding the stump and sculpting the terrain to level so after the grass grew back in there would be no sign that a tree had been there. Amazing cleanup. Other than the hole where the tree used to be (and a broken gate), you could not tell that anything had happened. I didn't go with them right away because I wanted to get some other quotes. When I did decide to go with them, they accepted a lower price right over the phone ($800). They said it would take a few weeks to come out to me and I was fine with that. After a few weeks, my neighbor said that they were having a party in two days and asked me when the tree was getting trimmed. They didn't feel safe with the hanging limb that was partially in their backyard. I called Tree Guys and the owner agreed to come out the very next day. My neighbor was ecstatic! They did a great job and I was very grateful that I got my backyard back! Thanks, Tree Guys!
