They said it would take a few weeks to come out to me and I was fine with that. After a few weeks, my neighbor said that they were having a party in two days and asked me when the tree was getting trimmed. They didn't feel safe with the hanging limb that was partially in their backyard. I called Tree Guys and the owner agreed to come out the very next day. My neighbor was ecstatic! I continued calling every few days just trying to resolve the issue professionally. Eventually I was met with attitude, hung up on, and then they proceeded to block my calls entirely. I rarely write reviews, but buyers beware. This company does not care about customer service and they DEFINITELY do not properly screen their top soil. His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. I requested more with the stipulation that it must be cured , I even offered to pay extra. After reassurance from Foxwood the order was placed and again the wood was delivered half cured and preformed poorly in my stove. I had to buy kiln dried wood and mix it in to get it started.
