the people here are really rude and it is almost impossible to speak to a manager. My daughter got her first car here and the deal was for them to retint the windows and back window due to tint bubbles and scratches tint. We went to drop the car off at the tint shop and they are only covering the back window so now my daughter has to come out 150 dollars to get her windows retinted even after they agreed to pay for it. remind you we just spent 7,450 with them!! Bad Bad customer service. The lady who I talked to earlier was just like "If Jeremy said only the back window, that is just what it is" like Omgosh! Today is Christmas -- I purchased a 2019 Mercedes Benz - GLA from Ben Auto Sales on December 21st 2024. I saw this car and current mileage online and wanted to go in to test drive the car. I chose Ben's because my credit isn't the best and I was told that Ben would not only offer "ok" financing options but make sure that you are comfortable in the car that you are purchasing. There were a few things that the grapevine was incorrect about -- there is a $550 processing fee added to each purchase and the online prices are cash purchase prices, only. I ultimately put down $8000 cash for this car. Since it was late Saturday, I was told to bring the car back on Monday for detailing and all around servicing. I'm currently expecting a baby boy in 15 days! Over the weekend, I discovered that my babies car-seat would not fit into the car. I'm a certified child passenger technician with Safe Kids nationwide, this isn't safe. It's important to install and position the car seats in the correct place that the owners manual for both the car and car seat has tested for during the crash tests. On Monday, I arrived and Ben was not present for me to speak with. I went back on Tuesday to discuss my concerns and services that were promised on the Saturday of purchase. This is when I truly discovered that this car lot could care less about what's best for you and your family, nonetheless your safety. I shared that the car was to small... due to my upcoming baby's delivery in a couple of weeks. I have two other children, as well. Ben told me that one child could just sit in the front and to drive the car for a couple of months and we'll see what we could do. This doesn't work for me. This morning while heading to family's house for Christmas with all of us in the car, the seatbelt on the back passenger side doesn't even come out to wear properly, at all. It doesn't work, it's stuck. I did not receive a detail on Tuesday, the car wasn't cleaned. Only vacuumed. There was a nail in the front drivers side tire when I picked the car back up yesterday on Tuesday. The windshield wipers were old. I understand that it's the holidays, tell me that. Don't promise me something that you're unable to fulfill. I'm overall stuck with a car that I thought initially I had made a great investment and safely would accomedate my family of 4 now and in two weeks of 5. I was excited! When I arrived, at first it seemed as though everyone was friendly and had good hospitality. But, that eventually changed. What I experienced was simply a car sales while overall being emotionally exploited due to me having cash money to put down and not so good credit -- also just not educated in car buying deliberations and negotiations, especially while 37 weeks pregnant because I don't have the energy and endurance as I would while not being pregnant. I have a car with seatbelts that don't work and that I'm unable to at minimal transport my newborn baby. I asked for an option to get a bigger car... all I was offered was the question, "do you need someone to install the car seat." What I felt was a true unconcern about my personal situation. I'm a pregnant woman of minority decent and I can honestly say, after experiencing this treatment I wouldn't suggest you purchase at this dealership. You will experience buyer's remorse at some degree because at any rate it's simply about money for these people, that's it that's all. And, it doesn't feel good. I've been saving all year to purchase a car and to finally make a purchase and I can't even safely transport my entire family in the car that I purchased, it really sucks. And, as people you we truly deserve better! Proceed with caution... and don't let Ben rush you through purchasing or reading and reviewing your contract paperwork. Let me tell you about this place. There's not an easy way to this, but they are doing the Lortd's work helping people with bad and low credit with the ability to get a great deal on a car. Hell even if you have good credit stop in anyway. They have a great selection and the staff are friendly. I apologize I didn't catch the names of the whole staff but I worked mostly with Alphonso. He was helpful and professional with the entire process. They have an on staff mechanic and will make sure if you find a problem it will be fixed before your leave. Another great point before any car goes on the lot it receives a full tune up and the seats and carpets are sanitized. Finding this out made me feel so comfortable to drive off with a great truck. Went to this place back in April, 2020. My experience was very fast paced in and out quickly! He ended up selling me a salvage title vehicle! After about $5800 dollars later, i got behind on one payment, next thing I know they are at my door at 1:00 am wanting my car! Been with these people only 4 months! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR LOT!! WHEN YOU GO BY, JUST KEEP ON DRIVING!!! My car was a 2017 Audi with sensors going off everytime i drove it. But he says its ok dont believe the computer! Im a single female who needs a reliable car. SCAM! Don't purchase a car here! Ben sold us a car that broke down within the first two weeks of buying it. Also, Ben called my husband, who's a Disabled Veteran, and harassed him on the phone about trying to collect $300 more after purchasing the car several months after our purchase. How is he still in business? There are patterns of horrible reviews of what he does to people! Ben needs to re-evaluate how he treats customers, veterans, and future business dealings. read more

This place will literally commit fraud right under your nose. They claim one price, but then when you get the copy of the "electronic" contract you "signed" they send a different price to the loan agency, and add on things to the loan you didn't approve or ask for. STAY AWAY!!! read more

This place is a scam and they give you nothing but a run around and you leave with either a lemon or hard inquiry on your credit. They recommended that I go through one of their "partner" banks to get approved for a loan which I did the following day, the bank had no knowledge of this sales lot. They fast talk you, don't pay attention, don't respond to the texts (which they recommend is the best option to communicate) had me drive 30 minutes plus on several occasions to their lot all for their "lender" to be gone for the day wasting my time and theirs. I was patient for two weeks while they "worked with their lender" and had to call every day for a follow up as I was looking to move forward with a car since they ran my credit. They were certain I could get a good rate with my credit score. I finally get a hold to the sales guy and he proceeds to give me a payment 3xs the amount that I advised was my hard cut off. He submitted for a vehicle that we never even spoke about that was far out of my range and was NOT the car he even showed me. I'm not sure if these guys just don't pay attention or if they are truly scatter brained individuals. So many other issues with them that I could go on about but nonetheless...USE ANYONE BUT THESE PPL! I had to chase them down to buy a car..since when does that happen? read more

I waited one year to post this review. I went with my mother and daughter to purchase a car. We went to several places and I am sure we looked like a sucker to everyone. We found a reliable car at a reasonable price. We were treated fairly. Everything was up front and clear. One year later we are still pleased with our purchase. We bought an older car and we understand that things will need to be replaced as they wear out. If we need to ever buy another car we will absolutely check in at Ben's Place first. When you hang-up nothing will have changed, there will be silence here and another 24-hours will pass, you were my only chance." Mr. Prater said, "He was going to have lunch with the Attorney General of Oklahoma Mr. Hunter at 12pm and he would place my letter in his hands. Monday 3pm - I got a call from Mr. Garrett with the Attorney General's Office. I gave him a complete statement over the phone. Tuesday 6pm - I get a call from Ben to come and get my money, and the Attorney Generals Officer is sitting in his office. Wednesday 10am - Bob was not there, shows up says give me 5-minutes, after 30-min I walk into his office in the back he's was on the phone cutting a car deal with another helpless customer. I demanded my check in a Marine voice, over and over so he pulls his checkbook out of his back pocket finally writes the check for my money he had fraud me out of for a month. I could not help but think about all the other people he had screwed out of money, like he tried to do to me, thank God I got a good education and I'm a Marine. read more

BEWARE FELLOW OKLAHOMANS Purchased a vehicle from this "scam artist" aka Ben. Within the first 30 days of buying the vehicle, we woke up one morning and the vehicle would not start. It was a computer malfunction and he told me to have it towed there. They fixed that issue. Great! So, I thought. Once 30 days rolled around we had to constantly call this place to get the title. Once we received the title, we learned that there was still a lien on the vehicle from the previous owner. Had to go back and have that fixed. Now, 90 days rolls around and the transmission is going out. I took it somewhere else first and they told me to take it back where I purchased the vehicle because it is the transmission. I dropped it off at Ben's Auto Sales and had to call him the next day for them to tell me, "there is nothing wrong with the vehicle". I said, "I will be up there soon and we are going to drive it together." After, I arrived we drove around and I showed him the issue. He agreed that it is probably the transmission. He said he would help me out by putting the labor/cost on my note and he would tell me how much it is the next day. Forget that he sold me a "lemon", but he wouldn't even offer a loaner vehicle. He said that I didn't buy the warranty, so he was "helping me out" on putting the cost on the note (his mechanic was going to work on it). I wouldn't take my bicycle there to be fixed. First of all, they do not offer a warranty when you buy the vehicle from them. His cars may look pretty, but they are JUNK! You're test drive is only a bandaid on a huge bleeding money pit! They are scam artists. Pretty good at it too. If you're car runs and gets you from point A to point B. Keep it! Don't pull into this place, as your car you're pulling into the lot may break down. FRAUD ALERT: This man is a fraud. He sold me a car that one week in had the check engine light on. I took it for a free inspection at an auto shop and they gave me a list of things wrong with it. I called him to tell him about it and he then wanted me to pay thousands of dollars to fix a car that was supposed to be in absolutely perfect condition as he said. I lost over 10k on a useless car.
