He made arrangements to have the windshield replaced AFTER I bought it. What other used dealer does such things? Also, when he ordered a part, it was there in minutes. This tells me that Import Motors deals fairly with other businesses and they value the relationship. Remember that this is a used car dealership. Used cars break down sometimes. If this happens, just ask them to recommend a good mechanic. I'll bet you'll get the best repair at a great price just because you were sent there by Import Motors. Finally, one of the things that impressed me the most was that while I was there, two older gentlemen stopped by the lot to see the cars and visit. They weren't there to buy. Basically after reading all the reviews on here and Facebook, even if they agreed to "check" the a/c and the front end, all the cars are sold as is and you don't get helped in the end.
