When he didn't know the answer, the manager came over to me 3 times and answered my question. That is impressive. He heard my question. He was super busy doing stuff. But he gave another ounce of his energy to deliver. This place is 5 stars. Pretzel hot Sauce delicious Cold drink with refills . . . At least at Christmas shopping time. The hummus was a Sun dried tomato hummus which was the perfect amount for the bread and veggies. The bread was good but didn't have a lot of flavor. The veggies were fresh and delicious. The hummus was also good but could have had a more smooth texture. The whole dish could've had some more salt and some oil. Apparently they feel people don't eat lunch before noon. Two other people started to walk in before also realizing they were closed until noon. The staff here is very friendly and really know how to deal with a line of hungry mall shoppers.  The rewards app is an easy and quick way to earn your way to a free pretzel.  I will continue to come here when at any mall. Not far is Ben's soft pretzels which is also pretty good.  I prefer Auntie Anne's but I'd suggest trying both before declaring a favorite.
