He started the work the second day. 8 hours nonstop excellent working without leaving any mess. He took the gutter debris with him, cleaned my windows, screens, and front porch ceiling as extra, and even cleaned the street gutter to make sure there was no dirty water running in front of our neighbors' houses. I have tall 2-story picture windows that can only be reached with a tall ladder or long attachments. We also live in a farming area and our windows get really dusty and dirty. We had just 3 windows to clean that were way up and one was above our stairway. Ben discovered the stairway one had lost it's seal and rather than replacing the window, he suggested putting a film over it. (I chose a subtle patterned one from Lowes). This was a win, win as the strong light was fading pictures and furniture since we'd removed some trees. He offered to come back and put the film on it which he did but then immediately it began to peel off. We decided it was due to the broken seal. He wanted to help us so badly and asked a couple of times if we had something else to try. I had a few clear Uglu Dashes that are strong adhesives 1/2 x 5/8 inches that he tediously applied while on the ladder on our stairs. We wondered if the adhesives would hold and he offered to come back and make a 2nd go at it if they didn't. They are still up and we like it so well, we plan to put some on 2 other windows that we can reach. read more

I read the reviews... I purely went off the reviews. Ben shows up earlier than I thought which was amazing!!! Ben got right to work & fix my issues insanely fast!!! So.... here's where the story gets even better. I'm originally from the Bay Area San Leandro. Born & raised. Moved out to Waterford a few years ago to be closer to work so I didn't have to commute. Ok so Ben comes down from the roof, he gives me a deep stare & says are you brothers with so in so.... I thought at first o'shit what did I do to this guy in the past. We start connecting the dots and come to find out Ben, my little brother & I we all used to hang out 25yrs ago in San Leandro!!! My memory kicked in.
