We had Nick come out to soft wash the cedar exterior of our SF home and we are so glad we did. The results were incredible and the transformation is so satisfying. Our cedar is quite old, with mildew, and we were not sure how well it would respond, but it held up beautifully and the difference is dramatic. Even in the photos we took right after the wash, while everything is still wet, you can see how much life came back into the wood. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nick was fantastic to work with from start to finish. After 15 years, we needed to have our gutters cleaned and the north side of our roof pressure washed to remove a dense mat of moss and algae. Additionally, the walkway on one side of of our house had also accumulated a layer of moss that was impossible to remove entirely with a square nose shovel. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contacted Rick to get a rough estimate for the work and scheduled a date for the work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He arrived right on time, explained what he was going to do and why, suggested adding an algicide rinse to kill moss spores to limit regrowth and extend the life of the pressure wash. Lucikly I found Nick's Pressure Washing online after receiving a letter from my insurance company saying they weren't going to renew my home insurance due to algae/moss/mold on my shake roof.
