I have been using BestOne for my tires for a number of years now. They have always gone overboard…read morewhen it comes to service. I have had issues with tires and completely understand that things happen that are not under you complete control and therefore afford grace whenever I can. Best one and the team have honored their commitment to me and that is why all my vehicles have been treated recently with new tires from Jamie and his outstanding work crew. At this point I tip my hat and offer my thanks to the Crew. Job well Done

At 350pm they called to inform me they couldn't get the wheel covers off???? I drove up there couldn't find anyone right off tech a tech came from the next lot, I ask if he was working on my coach, he stated he was the one working on everything, with an attitude. as I was leaving seen the manager who said he would call when it was done. this is 430 pm by now. went back home and he called me at 445pm said it would be tomorrow, and I had to leave the coach there outside all night. I flipped out, told him totally unacceptable. If they can't get wheel covers off, should they be installing tires??? He was clearly lying and had put me off all day. no best tire for me. also tried to email home store and that wasn't possible either, it just kept giving me the captcha are you human and then would reset. unbelievable!

WOW! Nobody reached out. Even after saying that you wanted to make things right. So I guess, story…read moretime. I gave you one star because I had no other choice... Long story short: took my perfectly running car to Auto Lube in Sidney Ohio on 1-5-21 to get oil change, and on 1-10-21 car blows up, after taking it back 3 different times cause I knew something just wasn't right. Took a perfectly running car in for an oil change on 1-5-21 took it back on 1-6-21 because of the oil I found on my garage floor, never have I ever in all the years I've been going there, seen so much oil. Was told everything is fine, it has oil, is not leaking. But got no explanation on what it could be. Took car back again 1-7-21 cause of oil again being on my garage floor and something was just not right, was told (with an attitude) everything is fine it's just the oil that got on the plastic under the car. So they hosed the plastic off under the car. Now I've only driven this car from Auto Lube to my house in Sidney. On 1-8-21 I picked my daughter up from school and heard a knocking sound. I/we took the car straight to them (they was not happy to see me that was very clear) they got me out of the car showed me where the drain plug was at, pointed to where the oil filter was at told me it was not leaking. Mind you they never whiped anything off to actually see if it was leaking, pulled the dipstick out, didn't wipe it down just showed me it had oil in it. I told them I heard a knocking sound (of course it wasn't knocking when I got there) told them I was heading to Piqua on the interstate I just wanted to be 100% sure that I'm okay they assured me I was okay. Got to my destination and recorded video of knocking sound. Car sat still until 1-10-21. Started car up didn't hear anything drove home, car blows up on the exit ramp on 29. And now nobody wants to talk to me. Now, I know absolutely nothing about cars but something was just not right.. And was assured that everything was ok. So now my 2 kids and I are out of a perfectly running car on 1-5-21 to asking for rides from others on 1-10-21. Our only means of transportation to be taken from us just like that! Now if you still refuse to contact me, I'll just assume that you're not gonna take any responsibility for this so I intend to put your business on blast, everywhere I can. And it won't stop there. Won't let me post video of my car making that knocking sound but I have it. Took the same day I let you guys know about it. Now you say you want to make things right but here I am still waiting for a response. You responded back within minutes after me leaving you a one star,, but now that I left a comment, I'm still waiting to be contacted by you guys. Hmmmm. Another incident 02-04-21: My father, a well known retired school teacher in our community was accused of bending his wiper blades after they put the wrong ones on. C'mon people, we all make mistakes and things happen. Do you guys ever own up to your mistakes? I'll answer that. No you don't. How sad that is of a company like yours. And to screw people over without even batting an eye. This place is a disgrace to the community of Shelby County.

We checked the driveway for signs of leaks and saw a couple old half dollar sized stains. She does not drive often and a couple of days later, there was a 3ft diameter leak under her car. We had AAA tow it to a reputable mechanic in Troy who discovered the oil pan plug was so loose, it took 3 hand turns before it was ready to be tightened up. He added a quart of oil, cleaned it up, put cardboard under it and left it to run. There were no leaks just like there were none to start with. I am trying to find out who the corporate owner is behind the local location so I can contact them with documentation. I would avoid this place! Before the owner posts that they can't find a record of this or that I have not been there in years, you have her name misspelled as Anna Willmouth.
