At 350pm they called to inform me they couldn't get the wheel covers off???? I drove up there couldn't find anyone right off tech a tech came from the next lot, I ask if he was working on my coach, he stated he was the one working on everything, with an attitude. as I was leaving seen the manager who said he would call when it was done. this is 430 pm by now. went back home and he called me at 445pm said it would be tomorrow, and I had to leave the coach there outside all night. I flipped out, told him totally unacceptable. If they can't get wheel covers off, should they be installing tires???
