I read all the reviews and was it was all positive. Now, let me get straight to it...I messaged all businesses about their tint service and Ravshan got back in less than two minutes. I asked about pricing and availability and the response came back so rapidly, I told them I'd be there within an hour. It was a less than 20 minute wait to bring my car inside and less than half hour to install. And it was perfectly done! Way better than the last shop I went to in Sunset Park and they took TWO HOURS! I scheduled an appointment right away and was confirmed by email. Upon arrival, the shop was very clean with a large space for cars to be worked on, not cramped liked some other shops I've been to in my past. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. As I looked around at these guys working on different cars throughout the shop.. I could tell THESE GUYS WERE ON POINT !!, MOST LOOKED FAIRLY YOUNG BUT VERY HIGHLY SKILLED !, I left my car and came back about an hour and change later and they were finishing up on my windshield. Once they pulled the car out OMG, inside and out was very very clean and the car looked amazing !!!! She was so professional and informative from the very start. She walked me through the entire process, provided me with so much information on the variety of tint they carry for cars, and she even told me they can do the same for my house. Just off the strength of her great customer service and the price (of course), I set up an appointment to get my truck tinted, that same day. Within an hour, my SUV was tinted and it came out AMAZING! While I was at the shop, I talked to Lilly about getting some privacy tinting on my home. I showed her a few pictures of my living room and she provided me with a few samples to take home so my husband and I can pick the right film. All the samples were perfect for what I need. I had a hard time choosing, but we finally landed on the ceramic 35%. It still allowed a great amount of sunlight into my home, but we got the privacy we wanted and cut down on the heat and glare that was coming through the windows. We also got a lifetime warranty for both my truck and my house. So if anything goes wrong with the tint, we can have it replaced for FREE for the life of my car or house. You really can't beat that.
