The service was horrible. I came in for window tints, they took almost 4 hours for the baclk half of my car instead of 1.5-2 hours that they claimed. Onwer tried to upcharge me at the end $50 for no reason. Besides that, one of the workers quit the job during my tints being done and owner began to yell cursing him out. They cracked my rear leather seats een when i told them to be careful and put a towel which they decided not to listen. Horrible service. Place should be shut down. read more

The worst! Every time they say half hour it actually means 2 hours! Bubbles in every window , had to return. Website says they open at 10 a.m. they show up at 1030. They said my car would take 2 hours. I came back in 2 hours, they didn't even pull the car inside to begin it. The worst. Go anywhere else. There are 5 other tinting places on the same block. Did double box rockford system and amp at Proline car and stereo that ended up blowing my fusebox but Benny hooked it up he made the box and installed it it came out perfect. Benny will tell you for a custom box it will take atleast 3-5 days. Its about a month later since I picked up my car from Benny and I can say I am already ready to get some highs and another amp. Benny gave me pricing for everything I wanted when I went to pick up my car so next time I go to his shop I'm ready and know how much do bring with me. $30 to pair a Viper remote key to my car's alarm system. Asked prior what the cost will be, never got the answer. I assumed it's free or on a tip basis. Maybe it's a $5 or a $10 job. But $30 for 3 minutes of work to pair a remote? No thank you. Can you imagine going to a cell phone store and asking them to pair a phone to your wireless Bluetooth headphones and them charging you $33.98? Never coming back here again and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Reply to the business owner: I've contacted Viper and attempted to resolve the issue myself unsuccessfully due to being given the instructions for a wrong remote model. The representative suggested I contact a local authorized Viper dealer. Upon looking at local Viper dealers I figured this was the go to place due to much good feedback across various online platforms. There was nothing broken and/or needing "repair". The process involved clicking a few buttons in a proper sequence which didn't take longer than 3 minutes. The remote needed to be paired to the car's alarm system, much like a phone needs to be paired with the car via Bluetooth to play music. Would you charge for that as well? Or would you accept any compensation for a potential good online feedback, returning customer or a referral of your business to a friend? Do I tell you to unpair my remote after you've spent time working on it? That certainly wouldn't be the right thing to do on my behalf. You expect me to come back to your business for a better quote/service after receiving a complaint? As a business owner that's certainly not the right way to approach this issue. It is also not a proper way to conduct business. You are offering a service for a certain fee. A customer looks at that fee and decides if it is worth the service based on their analysis of a service's worth. You don't specify the price for a service and name a random number? Would the number be higher if my car's value was double? As a business owner, you should know that in today's day and age, offering unfair/unethical service or product will cost you a lot more in the long run than it will cost the consumer. The price was reasonable and Bernie was really honest. A few months ago I came here to get white license plate lights and cool white LED tail light turn signals installed in my ride, all with the same great customer service. I came here to tint my Mercedes C300 & the tints were nice at first. A month later every time I rolled my passenger window down I heard a crunching sound. The crunching sound were my tints slowly peeling off. So I went back & they agreed to fix it for a charge. Ffwd a month and a half later the driver's side window started peeling off at the bottom. I contracted this business to install a security system that I have purchased from another company. The "installation" was executed on 01/24/2014 and, since then, the security system does not work. The technician did a faulty installation, which caused a constant power drainage from my car's battery (it costed me additional money to repair it at another car shop). I have been going to get tints here since 2009, and everyone of my cars always turned out perfect! From VW to Mini to BMW to Acura, every made/model was tinted with extreme professionalism and technique. Be aware- you might wait some time if you're not his only customer as it takes normally an hour to an hour and a half for each tint job. A year after my mini was tinted the passenger door window tint started ripping (most likely due to the windows opening/closing every time the door is opened) and the tint was redone completely free of charge- no questions asked. These guys leave low-quality postcards on your car window, and when it rains or is too hot the postcards stick to your car, forcing you to scrape off the gunk. When you call them to let them know they say they don't need your business and hang up. Real classy. If they treat my car like garbage and treat me so poorly, I would NEVER go see them anyway. Had my tints done while I waited. It took about an hour and a half. It's been almost a week. No bubbles so far. Be sure to wash your car prior to doing them to minimize dirt getting in between the film. At the very least hose down the outside of the car. Overall the price was pretty good. They used Viper ceramic tint. Although I couldn't really tell from the packaging if this was really ceramic. It was made in Korea. The previous Viper tints I had installed on another car at the place across the street was made in the USA but had a greenish color to it. Less so with the Korean made one. Their work is clean. I tipped the worker a few bucks and made sure he pressed down any potential bubbles I pointed out. Avoid cheap tint. You'll regret it when they turn purple. read more

I had 20% tints installed on my Infiniti in 2007 and they were in the same condition 4 years later when I sold the car.
