Then I was skeptical again when I saw that all the vegan options were also gluten free. That's me throwing shade at gluten free folks. Kidding. I probably should be GF too. Anyway, YES. Fantastic cheesecake. Please give it a try. The peanut butter cup did not disappoint. We also had a drink next door, so no rush back to feast on the cheesecake. In their first year open, they've already been making a name for themselves with beers winning medals and the brewery itself being chosen as one of the best in the USA. It's located in Bend, near the highway and many other restaurants and shops, perfect to add to a walk. It's the former spot of another brewery and has a similar feel with some changes. They have an event space with its own bar, and a pinball machine collection. They have bar, table, and outdoor seating too. The bartenders were funny and very welcoming. The beer is excellent and worth stopping for a few flights or pints. They also have an incredible deal for full pours on certain days. Prices super reasonable for the quality. Set in an old home, this establishment has become one of Bend's favorite restaurants. The menus have range with breakfast by far being my favorite. However, their pizzas are spectacular and I've never had a pastry yet that I didn't really enjoy. They serve coffee from a local roaster called Lone Pine. The staff is always extremely friendly and I have frequently positive interactions with them when I stop by. Prices are reasonable, and the food is very high-quality while also being consistently fresh. Parking can be a challenge at times, but it's always worth the effort. Not to mention a chance for a nice stroll around downtown Bend after my meal... just the perfect end to complement a perfect day here in this lovely place.
