Any time we stay in Sisters, Sisters Coffee is the only way we start the day. It gets busy, especially on holiday weekends, but that's part of the experience. During Memorial Day weekend, the line was often out the door, yet it moved surprisingly fast. Even with the crowds, we usually had our drinks in hand within about 10 minutes. The Bourbon Caramel Latte has become a favorite, but honestly, we come here for more than the coffee. It's one of those places where you want to slow down for a bit. We'll grab a couple of drinks, find a place to sit, and spend an hour people-watching, reading, catching up on the news, or just enjoying the morning. The building itself adds to the experience. It feels like a classic mountain lodge, and there's always a steady mix of locals, tourists, hikers, cyclists, and dog owners passing through. Even when we're traveling with friends, Sisters Coffee becomes the mandatory first stop of the day. Will we be back? Of course. In fact, I think it's time I finally signed up for a coffee subscription so I can enjoy a little bit of Sisters when I'm back home. Fantastic experience here. Walked here as it's right in town. Super cute building - very rustic and western themed like the rest of town. On the inside, it has super high ceilings and is really nice. Staff greeted us and were super friendly. Got a couple iced lattes, a london fog, and a couple lemonades. We sat in the shade at a picnic table out front with our dogs and had a great time. Drinks were great. Bathrooms really nice here too. We'll definitely come back. read more

The look of this facility is what really draws you in. It has a cozy log cabin aesthetic with a grand stone fireplace as the centerpiece. There is an upstairs seating area as well as seating outdoors. The service is kind and friendly and they are doing the best they can. We went on one of the busiest weekends of the year in sisters so I am giving them some grace. The drinks were ready within a five minute wait and food took about 15-20 minutes. I got the avocado toast which had strawberries on it- sounds weird but it was actually really good! The coffee was nothing stellar, could definitely have been a bit sweeter and I don't typically choose overly sweet drinks. read more

On a recent Oregon trip, we stopped in Sisters on our way over the mountains. It's such a beautiful town with art stores, outdoor stores, and great coffee. Sisters Coffee Company was highly recommended, their beans can be found elsewhere too. This location was a modern log cabin, with lots of beans and merchandise, tables and chairs everywhere to enjoy, and an upstairs balcony overlooking the fireplace below. We all ordered various kinds of coffee to enjoy on our driving break, plus beans to take home and share. Buying a bag of beans comes with a free cup of coffee too. The staff was very welcoming and patient with the constant stream of customers, everything was delicious. They also had a lot of bird art, which I loved. We were also appreciative for the clean restrooms. If you're in the area and need a rest stop, or staying in Sisters and want great coffee, this one is worth checking out. read more

Screw Starbucks -- this is where you wanna chug your morning latte. Lounging in a big old barn-like building with a million-foot high ceiling just takes it to a whole other level. The space is grand but spare, all woody, with a big chandelier, fireplace and a bunch of tables and couches on the ground floor, with more tables on the upper balcony. A great place to work, up there. The service is polished and no nonsense, and the egg sandwich I got was a chewy cheesy treat - if a little on the small side. A Sisters staple. Good stuff. read more

Stopped here on the drive back to the coast. I had an espresso to stay and got some cappuccinos to go for my traveling companion. The espresso was excellent and both people said they enjoyed their cappuccinos. The service was friendly and fairly fast for a place that was as crowded as they were. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, including and upstairs area. The ski/hunting lodge decor and furniture was nice and kitschy without being overwhelming. Sisters Coffee is one of the world-renowned coffee shops in central Oregon. We order the Sisters Blend roasted coffee shipped to our home in California because that's how good it is. Of course, when you come in person you can order coffee drinks like lattes and cappuccinos too. I've been on a matcha kick lately, so that's what I went for instead, even though they're not really known for that. I ordered an iced unsweetened almond milk matcha. It was alright. It was a mild matcha flavor, and tasted more like almond milk than matcha in my opinion. But the almond milk flavor was still enjoyable. I'm still giving this coffee shop 5 stars because their coffee really is one-of-a-kind, even if their matcha is just average! read more

It was late in the afternoon on a cold and wet day in downtown Sisters Oregon and we stopped into Sisters Coffee for something warm to drink. Being naturally caffeinated I chose to take a couple of bags of beans to try later. Well that's when it happened. The gentleman behind the counter asked if I wanted the beans ground. Yes I would, but it didn't end there. He next asked if I had a drip machine and was it a funnel or flat bottom design. I honestly didn't know it mattered. That attention to detail makes a fine cup of coffee. We returned home and have enjoyed many mornings of perfectly ground coffee made just as it should be. The inside of the coffee shop is country comfortable. Warm wood tones with the smell of fresh ground coffee. So take refuge from any weather and enjoy a cup that is prepared perfectly. read more

It's so far the only place I actually gave 4 stars. First have to say. Absolutely the best tasting coffee ever. Been only drinking it for over the last 10+ years. In the heart of Sister's Oregon and where you may encounter deer in the early morning of late afternoon for some added live animal encounters but remember there wild, so always give way. It's a small hip and a live little coffee shop with some inside and outside seating with lots of natural lighting. They also have some delicious sweets and other delicious treats to try. Have to say that the service is amazing and always has a smile every time I've been there live almost as many weekends I'm there. What a treat to spend some time at the local Sisters after only spending time at the PDX location. The large building provides a beacon to any local coffee lover, and I really enjoyed how well the architecture integrated the outdoor streetscape. The indoor design of log cabins made modern was gorgeous, and I was a fan of the small art shows on display. The team is very kind and will help recommend nearby places for lunch. After sipping my macchiato on a walk, we returned here to use the restroom and were initially told to go elsewhere. I had to remind the team that I had been a customer a few minutes earlier, and they finally allowed me to go back to use the restroom. That was an interesting experience, since the café was not busy, and this did detract from my overall experience. I normally order a decaf Americano with a splash of cream which turns out perfect every time, and their other drinks are so good too! The service is excellent & everyone who works there seems to love what they do! As for the vibe of the place, it's cozy and yet has a wide open feel at the same time.
