I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Everyone is different of course but if you have pain and looking for help this place is a good start or finish if you're lucky. Despite arriving with an existing cervical spine MRI, I was urged to start an aggressive and expensive regimen immediately. I was assured the treatments were medically necessary and based on sound science. I was also told the CareCredit financing would remain interest-free--only to find out later that the 0% rate was temporary and would skyrocket to 29.99% after 18 months. This was never disclosed during their high-pressure sales pitch, of which I have an audio recording. Even more disturbing: after months of therapy, a follow-up MRI showed my condition had worsened substantially. I was in more pain than when I started.
