I have very mixed feelings writing this review because the doctor himself is absolutely incredible. Dr. Mark LeDoux is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever seen in my life. He truly takes his time with his patients and never makes you feel rushed. He listens carefully, really tries to understand what you're feeling, and goes above and beyond to help fix the problem instead of just masking it. What stands out most is that he takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. You can tell he genuinely cares, and that kind of bedside manner is rare these days. Everyone in the office is very kind and professional in person. The environment is welcoming, and when you're there face to face, the experience is great. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is communication. It is incredibly difficult to get a hold of someone at the office. Whether it's for scheduling, a prescription refill, or just trying to ask a question, it can be very frustrating. My brother and I both go to this office, and we've both experienced the same issue when trying to speak with someone. Getting a response can take much longer than it should, which adds unnecessary stress when you're already dealing with pain. Despite that frustration, I still wouldn't want to see any other doctor besides Dr. LeDoux. His level of care and dedication outweighs the communication challenges, and that says a lot. I just truly hope the office improves its responsiveness because the medical care itself is outstanding. read more

Dr. Ledoux is excellent in communicating about his proposal for pain management. Even at the facility right before we prepare for the procedure he discusses the plan and shows his desire to make sure he is covering the right zones. The staff at his offices are good and his PA, Michelle is equally sharp. I am a type 2 diabetic and their insight in preparing me for the elevated glucose levels was good. I experienced relief in the first 24 hours ! Best Pain management group !!! read more

I saw Dr Michaels about a year ago for a very complex condition. He is very straightforward and we tried a couple of injections, but I received minimal relief, but this is no fault of Dr. Michaels. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and straight to the point. My medical condition is quite complex, but Dr. Michaels is one of the few doctors who was kind and courteous when delivering not-so-great news. I plan to contact him soon to try perhaps a more aggressive approach. I would recommend him to anyone. Nice guy and very professional. read more

Let me say first that Dr. LeDoux is great. I have very good insurance, and they pay his office accordingly. However, the anesthesiologists in his office have billed my insurance company for two procedures@$12,000.00 apiece, which my insurance wont pay and says it is my responsibility. Before each procedure, they have you sign a release form, which was my mistake when I signed it, but it seemed like it was something you had to do or else they wouldn't do the procedures. I go to other out of network physicians, and nothing like this ever happens. My insurance company is very good about doing a partial payment for out of network claims, so I have no idea why they won't pay this at all. Called the Dr.'s office, and they said I don't have to pay it. This is ongoing, so I don't know how this will turn out in the end, but I sure don't like these kind of $24,000.00 surprises. This is very worrisome , to say the least! I do not want my credit ruined, but I feel like this is exorbitant . read more

Is this practice any good? Who knows, because 90% of the time, no one answers the phone and no one returns voicemails either. I've left multiple messages and have yet to receive one returned call. For one of the supposed "top pain treatment facilities" in Dallas, you'd think they'd have better communication. Extremely disappointing. read more

I had been refered to Dr. Zeballos for my back. Our first meeting was less than glowing. He went over several procedures that could be involved. Dr. Zeballos sent me to see his Neurologist who did a EEG. After a lenghty period did not hear from D. Zeballos. Since, I needed to go to office for Rx refill, I met with his PA at this time. I had to come in to office for refill. After waiting a lengthy amount of time final saw PA. She reviewed her notes and advised me she was going to recommend various procedures to Dr. Zeballos. I have not heard from anyone in the office. I have found Dr. Zeballos and his office to be very unresponsive to their patients. I am still having the pain but only worse now. Nor would I recommend this Doctor and his office to anyone. read more

The experience we had was frustrating, to say the least. In spite of having very good major medical insurance coverage, Sierra, Dr. Le Doux's office manager, refused to allow us to see the doctor because we had an insurance claim pending against the person who caused our injury. It makes no sense to refuse service to people because they're injured as a result of some one else's negligence, and are seeking to recover compensation from the person who injured them. It might be somewhat understandable if we had been asking for some kind of preferential treatment when it came to payment terms, but we weren't! We had good medical insurance and wanted to use it, but Sierra turned us away. read more

I've been seeing Dr Pablo Zeballos for 8 or 9 years. I've watched his office grow from a handful of employees to the well oiled machine it is now. While all of this has happened, growing pains included, Dr Z has not changed. He's still the same extremely knowledgeable, completely compassionate professional he's always been. He literally changed my life. Before him, I was not functioning due to pain from Lupus erythematosus and various forms of arthritis. He worked with me about 9 months to find the right combination of medications that controlled my pain the best it could and that allowed me to function as a wife and mom. I appear "normal" because he makes my quality of living his priority. I've never had a Dr who treats me, my symptoms, my labs and testing with such a keen eye. He relies on none as the absolute authority. He weighs them all before rushing to an opinion. Unlike most Drs he communicates with my other Drs. Huge!! His staff has become family. We are all watching each other's kids grow up through pictures and they have taken the time to get to know me. Everyone of them cares, truly. I don't even have the words to explain how thankful I am for them. There are 1 or 2 that times insurance and billing issues have come up and once scheduling got miscommunicated, but it's a business. Things happen. Those few things are over almost 10 years. It's rare something goes wrong. Anything negative has always been handled professionally and with a smile. I've not directly seen other Drs but have met them as they have been the anesthesiologist during one of my numerous procedures. They have always been very kind and effective. I'd see any one of them if I was unable to see Dr Z. read more

Dr. LeDoux is awesome and attentive to details. He doesn't just address the pain but looks for a solution. Unfortunately the staff is not as attentive and for this I'm unfortunately not seeing Dr.Ledoux any longer. I have great insurance and interventional spine is in my network. However for any procedures I had out of network providers were brought in. Another words labs were sent out of network, anesthesiologists were out of network, and monitoring providers were out of network. As we all know out of network is paid differently. I have spent much time trying to get these bills paid. Interventional spine billing office has not helped. They told me to ignore bills and they can't come after me. WRONG! So for this I'm not seeing a doctor that helped me and I liked. So be aware that your benefit plans may be ignored. read more

My primary care physician had recommended Dr. Mark LeDoux, with Interventional Spine and Pain, for the care of my 81-y.o. Mom's back and other pain. We have loved his warmth, compassion and sensitivity to her, how well he listens to her, blended with his professionalism. She feels truly CARED FOR by him. When I had my own pain issues that I felt might be best addressed by a pain management doctor, it was of course Dr. LeDoux that I knew I wanted to turn to. My pain is well under control, and I know that if it worsens that I will have him "in my corner" to address it as best as medically possible. Sometimes I wish for a little more warmth and friendliness from the staff, but I cannot complain in any way about the overall professionalism there, and feel I am in good hands. Therefore I highly recommend ISP & Dr. LeDoux fully to anyone. I'll also mention that my Mom has had a couple of outpatient procedures done by Dr. LeDoux at Park Cities Surgery Center. Everyone there was absolutely wonderful, and seemed so caring while also obviously being very good at what they do. And my Mom's pain was lessened after each of those procedures. Amazing!!!! I went here after a horrible experience with Texas Pain Relief Group. I went to their location in Addison, since that was closer to my work. Dr. Ledoux and his staff are amazing. Treat you with respect, dignity and don't try to get as much out of your pocket! They take the time to talk to you, in terms you can understand. Experiencing pain on a daily basis, is no walk in the park. Dr. John S Michels is amazing, he understands your concerns and is incredibly knowledgeable about helping you through the process. Most of all he is extremely personable and listens as though you are his only patient.. I cannot say enough praises about Dr Michels and his great staff.! So far above most medical offices. I have recently required pain management to my displeasure. Dr. LeDoux and his team changed my mind not only about pain doctors but doctors in general. His staff was personable and very considerate of my pain symptoms and time. The doctor took the time to give a detailed physical exam, explanation of my pain, and recovery goals. He did not flood my medicine cabinet with opioids but rather an actual pathway to recovery. I did end up getting injections that worked really well to get me back to my quality of life and eventually running again. I really appreciate his "return to running" tips once I graduated from physical therapy. The expense was very reasonable for the level of services performed especially with the savings by having my injections in the office. This was a lot less than the hospital that my wife's pain doctor used. There was an out of network charge but it was adjusted down to in network cost by the billing company. I don't wish pain management on anyone but if you do need it, I highly recommend this guy. read more
