I initially came in because of a recall on the tire kit and something with the software. They held my car overnight just to tell me that they didn't have the part, that I would have to pick it up once they get it, and that my tire was flat. A week later, I came in for the flat tire. They told me I had to pay for it out of pocket, but I had the tire warranty, with Jennifer's (in financials) help I was able to show I had the warranty and get the service done. I dropped my car off at 9:30am and waited nearby, having no way of getting around. When I came for an update around 1:45pm they told me it would be ready by 3:00pm. When I came to pick up the car at 3:00pm, they told me they're finishing up and that they'll skip the wash to "save" me more time, but I ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Just for the guy next to me to get his car washed and get his car before me... Not even a week later the tire pressure light turned back on and when I checked the tire pressure it was 10 under what was needed.

For me years ago repairs were easy, I just gave him the keys. If we didn't it, he'd send it off to someone and it would get done. We weren't a body shop, nor a detail place, but we knew people. But that was some time ago. Those people are now retired or have passed on. So I'm left to my own resources, asking around and internet research (reviews.) I bought my SUV and there was a slight gap at the bumper after about a month, I did take it back and they just pushed it back. Never looked right. but it was okay. Well now this time I did it backing into a garage there was this wrought iron basket, not mine. My bumper caught it and it pulled away. It looked bad and couldn't be ignored. What's damaged, I don't know, do I need a new bumper because something got damaged behind it, again, no clue. I came across Carrectly, was impressed by the reviews, also was impressed by the pics of Dixon P's bumper repair. So I sent an email requesting a quote for the repair. Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I'm proud to be seen with my vehicle again, instead of walking away quickly. You know how it is when you ride looks trashed. So glad I made this choice.

At closing I did not get copies of my paperwork and had to ask multiple times. I also called the finance department and my salesmen several times (I texted my salesman and emailed him multiple times as well) to inquire about the payoff of my trade in as my lender was asking. It took two weeks and about 6 texts and emails to finally get a response from my salesman. The finance office never did call me back. Secondly, about two weeks after purchase, I had an issue with the fuel pump sensor, which had to be replaced. The car was advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO). The service manager said nothing was in the system to show it was a CPO vehicle. It took two days for the sales and service team to get this squared away and the system to populate so that I could get it approved for repair. Then another day for the part to be ordered. They would not order the part until the repair was approved by VW. Pre-ordering would have saved an additional day. The Service Manager was very communicative and kept me informed, although finance and sales communication was lacking. When I asked the finance manager for a copy of the CPO, he said there is nothing to give you, as it's tied to the VIN. That may be true, but I am still nervous considering my experience there. The technician when checking out my vehicle sent me a recommendation of almost $2500.00, which included replacing engine filter, cabin air filter, AC flush, Trans flush, and engine oil injection fluid change. When I asked them if they checked this prior to selling me the vehicle and how it could past inspection as it needed to for CPO, I was told they only look at safety stuff and that doesn't count. I took the vehicle to the small mom and pop shop who has worked on my cars for years and they said all I needed was the filters and the rest of it is not needed. They agreed this should have been checked and flushed, if an issue to pass inspection. Additionally, their website showed the price of the car, plus registration and doc fees. According to the FCC website, this is illegal. The fees should be included "all in" and not broken down. When I mentioned this to them, they told me I was wrong. The dealership is very modern and comfortable with some nice amenities while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. The sales and finance experience, unfortunately was not the best.

If you are looking for a car I would definitely go literally anywhere else! There was an issue that I told them about the day I took delivery but they also took two months to respond to repeated emails and phone calls regarding the issue then expressed that the car was sold as is and they were not responsible even after they told me it had been inspected and all checked out. Do not trust anything they tell you would be my suggestion. Happy to share any and all correspondence if you want to see how they deal with customers.

They were overpriced across the board, and Kevin, the sales person we dealt with, was pompous and dismissive (we are the #1 Aston dealer in the world, are cars our better, etc.). Nasty vibes. They get two stars and not one, because they were relatively responsive to an initial, basic informational request.

Via the website, we expressed interest in a specific used car that matched all the things we wanted…read more- manual transmission and color made this a very unique find. Was immediately contacted about coming in for a test drive. Scheduled a test drive and, day of, while on our 90 minute drive to dealership, was contacted and told that the car couldn't be located. The car couldn't be found for two days. Eventually it was supposedly located at some outside vendor...for the next two weeks it was a bunch of run arounds and we eventually found a similar car at a cheaper price with fewer miles and better upgrades through another dealer. Their overall organization needs improvement and the people who answer the phones need a serious 101 on costumer service. Just an exhausting overall experience. Will not consider this dealership in the future.
