Bentley Gold Coast and Luxury Motors are owned by a crook named Joe Abbas a Lebanese immigrant under State investigation for all sorts of things. Just keep searching on the internet and you will find that he has ties to money laundering, collecting peoples monies and not providing titles on time, as he "floats" your money for months and months before he really "has to" give you a title but only after you scream and yell and get your attorney involved. He is notorious for buying damaged cars at auctions with "washed" titles. What does that mean, it means he will buy a car with a salvaged title and somehow "wash it" in another State and then get a clean title and not disclose that to the buyer. I learned the hard way as I bought a new car from him at Luxury Motors in Downers Grove with only 100 some miles and it was wracked and he did not disclose that. People, open your eyes. There is a reason his cars are often cheaper. You want to get ripped off, buy a car from him. I called my attorney and he said he had 3 other cases pending against Joe Abbas and Bentley Gold Coast and Luxury Motors. His sales people are total slime balls, out of some mafia movie. They will tell you anything to get you to buy. I bought a Rolls Royce and it had a salvaged title but he gave me (after 5 months) a clean title. I did some research and found out the car was under water and had all sorts of electrical issues. I spent over $15,000 on electrical repairs and still had all sorts of issues. This guy is a fraud and scamsters and recently had 30 cars repossesed by the factory for non payment. You give him your money, you dont know what you will get, if you get your title at all. Good luck. Its a small world and there is talk that there is a "contract" out on his head cause he pissed off his money people back in the Mid East. The entire staff at Gold Coast Bentley made this experience seamless and treated me like I was part of their family through the entire process. After searching for my dream car, I settled on the GTC Speed in a very specific color combination. I was not wavering as this was my dream car and it had to be exact with no changes. Gold Coast Bentley had the exact car I was looking for. I reached out to Tahir (Tony), and with our very first contact he made me feel secure and gave me all the information necessary to make the decision to move forward with the purchase. Living in NYC and the car being in Chicago, I flew out to Chicago to see the car. It was a cold snowy morning and Tony had the gleaming car parked in the front waiting for me to drive it. Upon looking at the car I knew it was mine. The ride along Lake Shore Drive only solidified my decision that the car was coming home with me. The paperwork for the car was already processed prior to my arrival and Saleem was waiting for me upon our return from the test drive. The transaction was absolutely seamless and I had the honor of meeting the owner, Joe Abbas who embraced me with a hug and treated me like a family member. The car was delivered to my home in NYC by a white glove carrier and now I do indeed have the car of my dreams, nestled away in my garage and a wonderful experience to look back on. Bentley Gold Coast is a pathetic excuse for a dealership. Its owner JOE PERILLO is the sleeziest, most egotistical, little man in a suit that youll ever meet. Ya the store is a pretty display of overpriced cars that nobody needs, but when did buying a car become a show? I had heard that Bentley Gold Coast marks up their vehicles to a ridiculous price, (which is true, the owner, Joe Perillo told me himself), so initially i did not consider buying from them, however i was in the area and so i decided to pop in and check out their selection. They tried to sell me everything in that store from a maserti to a 1994 bentely arnage to their $95 t-shirts that have a bugatti logo on them. Basically, it was a disaster, i felt like i was dealing with amateur highschoolers on the football team, the sales people, there were many, were running around and cursing the entire time, mostly at how they "dont really give a f**k whether i buy this bentley or not, so I shook their hands and wished them luck. This is a great car dealership. I went there in early June. There is a large selection of exotic vehicles, especially Lamborghini's. While the dealership is licensed to sell extreme exotics such as Bugatti's, they may not have any at the dealership. The building is not what sets this dealership apart from any other area in Chicago. It's the cars parked along the curb. There were Lamborghini's, Ferrari's and Rolls-Royce's amongst others. As we entered the glass doors, we were greeted by a very friendly security guard.The dealership is layer out over 2 levels. The first level contained a large Lamborghini area, which had a few different models including an Aventador SV. There was also a large area for random cars they had for sale. There was even a Saleen S7, a car in which only about 20 exist. There is also a very elegant watch display which was very pleasing. The second floor was... disappointing. It was dedicated to Maserati, and it was quite bland. Overall, the cars were awesome but the sales people were quite cold. They did not even bother to show us any attention, and it was quite annoying. Overall, the cars were amazing, but the sales people could have been a little more caring. read more

I've purchased 2 Bentleys from Gold Coast in the past 2 years, first one we flew to Chicago and drove it back home, just needed to confirm the car was what it was represented to be. We met Rudy, our salesman, and l was immediately at ease and comfortable with the purchase. He's a straight talker that doesn't tell you want you want to know, but he tells you what you should know. The second car purchase from Rudy was a piece of cake. He handled the whole process of selling, arranging shipment of the trade-in, and had our new car shipped out to us expeditiously. Absolutely the biggest cut throat dealership you can imagine. Its every sales person for them selves and the bottom line is all about the money. I had a vehicle purchased from them approx one week ago with a bill of sale in hand and the money transfer on its way, my sales rep was on a two day holiday and when he returned they sold my vevicle right out from under him while he was gone. no explanation or reasoning not even the courtesy to call him or myself to find out where the money transfer was at that point. They dont even have the courtesy to admit there mistakes. The least they could do is take care of all the expensises.. 100 % would not recomend bentley gold coast. read more

I completed a lot of research ahead of my purchase, so I was pretty well informed about what to expect in terms of the price. I had my SAAB in for service today and the service manager explained that its getting hard to find some SAAB parts when the SAAB is in an accident. He told me they have a dealership on Rush St. I walked over the Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to Joe Abbis . I never knew Joe Perillo owns the SAAB service center and Gold Coast sales.
