I really wanted this place to work out because the idea of pickup and drop-off service is great, and their reviews looked solid. Unfortunately, after giving them multiple chances, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Each time I placed an order, they would call me back, recognize me by name, but never seemed to have my information or quote in front of them. I had to repeat what work I wanted done, review my paperwork again, and go through the same conversation each time. They also tried to talk me out of certain parts I requested, saying they weren't a good investment, but when I agreed to go with their suggestion, they said they'd call back in a couple of hours... and never did. This has happened three times now. At this point, it feels like they pick and choose which customers they want to deal with and which jobs are worth their time. For the customer, it ends up being a frustrating waste of time and energy. If you value clear communication, follow-through, and respect for your time, I would look elsewhere. read more

It really couldn't get easier or better. I'm impressed! I know a bit more about the car business having been around dealerships and my late husband owning a shop. For me years ago repairs were easy, I just gave him the keys. If we didn't it, he'd send it off to someone and it would get done. We weren't a body shop, nor a detail place, but we knew people. But that was some time ago. Those people are now retired or have passed on. So I'm left to my own resources, asking around and internet research (reviews.) I bought my SUV and there was a slight gap at the bumper after about a month, I did take it back and they just pushed it back. Never looked right. but it was okay. Well now this time I did it backing into a garage there was this wrought iron basket, not mine. My bumper caught it and it pulled away. It looked bad and couldn't be ignored. What's damaged, I don't know, do I need a new bumper because something got damaged behind it, again, no clue. I came across Carrectly, was impressed by the reviews, also was impressed by the pics of Dixon P's bumper repair. So I sent an email requesting a quote for the repair. Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I then reported and told them I was currently looking for parts and was going to have a friend put them on (going the cheaper route) they then responded with no estimate just they would have to decline. Long story short, a truck rental hit my front bumper of my parked car where it was scratched up and partially hanging off and Oliver and the Carrectly crew turned around really quickly and fixed it and made it look like I just drove it off a car dealer's lot! Not only did they quickly turn around fixing my front bumper, they were super responsive and understanding with the situation in dealing with the truck rental company's insurance. I slightly scraped the passenger back door on a stone wall. Had quotes from two auto repair places for $1500-$1800 - would have removed molding, done the whole door etc. seemed excessive. I had Carrectly do an exterior detail, a headlight restoration and I also opted for the stone chip / scratch service too. The porter came right on time and picked up my car, leaving his car parked on the street. He had me use my cell phone to take a photo of his company I.D. and his driver's license so that I would be reassured - after all he was driving away with one of my most expensive possessions. He had me drive the car out of my garage into the sunlight and he looked over the car and took some photos. He saw that I had done some touch-up to the existing chips in the paint, and he told me that because I had daubed paint onto the chipped areas, they would not be as effective with fixing that. I was OK with that, all I wanted was IMPROVEMENT not concours perfection. They brought the car back and it's SUPER SHINY and SLICK. The finish never looked better. They cleaned it up inside a little too, though I did not opt for an interior detailing. What I noticed is how well they cleaned and polished the windows, especially the inside of the back window, which is hard to reach. A nice touch. Something I noticed later on was they cleaned off some scuffs from the drivers' door speaker grille which I had not been able to clean off myself - scuff from kicking this a bit when entering the car. NICE! Their headlight restoration job was great, they looks new. It's a 12 year old car, and has been kept in a garage- even so those polycarbonate headlight bubble-lenses start to cloud over, but they cleared them right up. Their prices are quite in line with other top-level detailing shops- maybe a little lower in fact. Keep in mind that this is not just a "simonize" job at your local hand car wash, this is the full monty. One thing to take note of - be aware that if you have been doing D.I.Y. paint touch-up over time, their "stone chip" option might not really be best for you, it only really works on small blems that haven't been goobered up with D.I.Y. paint. If you leave the stone chips alone you can have them in-paint them expertly, but there's not much they can do if your prior touch-up efforts are less than professional. I was driving all the way from California to New Jersey and bent my wheel in the middle. My wheel was bent and had a crack on it due to a pothole I ran over. I called and visited almost 10 stores looking for people to fix it but every store told me to replace the whole rim and wanted to charge me from $675 to $950. Most stores also require me to go in their stores with my broken wheel so that they can check the condition. I understand it will be easier for them, but driving the broken wheel everywhere was scary. Luckily, I found Carrectly from Yelp's service. They asked me to send the picture of my bent wheel and was able to give me a reasonable quote. I told them that I had to leave the same day and they were able to prioritize my wheel's repairing. Now the wheel looks like a brand new one. I feel safe to drive again. Even I'm just a visitor for one day, their pro- active service deserves me to write a 10 mins review and let more people know about this place. read more

I got the showroom detail. They were prompt at texting me at setting up a time to get the car. Pick up was easy. They dropped off the car about 24 hours later and emailed me my invoice. I have an older car and it needed some work and overall they did a pretty good job especially the interior. But I was disappointed that many of the black plastic trim parts are covered in red/pink polish which doesn't easily wipe off. They also missed spots like the gas cap area that wasn't even touched. So for a "showroom detail" I have to give it about 3 stars and while they were nice. For the money I expected Part 2 I used them again for an exterior detail. Unfortunately after I picked up the car I found once again all the black trim had wax left on it which turned white and made my black car look horrible. Took hours and more money to get it all cleaned up. There was also wax left in all the gaps between body panels. Probably don't use them if you want a nice detail. read more

I scraped the side of a garage and needed a new front bumper and headlight, as well as a paint job. I reached out asking for a quote, sent pictures, car VIN, and quickly got a response the next business day. I felt that their quote was fair, clearly explained, and about middle of the road pricing of the quotes I received ($1600 of work). When I was ready to book, I was able to do it all via text, their crew was able to come pick up my car from my condo, and promised to drop it off when the repair was complete. The business was easy to reach via email or cell phone when I had any questions or needed updates about the car. They delivered it in the exact time frame they said they would with no issues and gave it a nice cleaning upon returning it. I recommend Carrectly! Right off the bat you can tell this establishment is very professional. I observed numerous wrenches, sockets, and nuts and bolts and vehicles being serviced. I employed them to service my vehicle it required extensive repairs and they repaired them quickly and at a fair price. As a bus driver I am very experienced with these matters being on the road often I have been able to analyze vehicles for hours so I really know my stuff and these guys do too. My first visit I walked there so they couldn't help me much entirely due to my own mistake as the vehicle wasn't there so they couldn't work on it. I corrected this, I brought the vehicle, and it was serviced fairly and promptly. It's rare to find service like that nowadays where you need to bring the vehicle and you don't but it still ends up okay because you eventually do. read more

I was happy to find Carrectly to do interior detailing on a new-to-us used car that my husband and I purchased on craigslist. This car had been used by a family for three years. Awesome: * Very responsive to emails * Extremely convenient pick up and drop off Not so great: * The car was not sufficiently dry or ventilated on drop off, so it developed a new and smelly mold problem. Unfortunately it didn't occur to my husband or me until 3 days after dropoff that we should think about this. The windows had been rolled down very slightly but not enough. We are still dealing with the mold smell a month later, which is a real disappointment. * The cleaning itself was not that great. They got well one spot that I'd asked they focus on, but the gear stick was visibly grubby after the cleaning. The photos show what I could pull off after very gentle "scrubbing" with hand wipes, after approximately an hour of driving since the car had been cleaned. So they sent me back an email asking me to "send the VIN number of my car so they can create a free Quote for me!". What? I've never heard of this before??? I requested a quote through the "project option" on yelp and I got an initial quote of $350 Flat Rate. Began coordinating with their representative and they sent me a list of what they'd do for vehicle detailing and it wasn't clear about the price so I asked for clarification. The price went from $350 flat rate to $600. Began messaging their rep and how disappointed I was in their large price change, they give me a small history of their company and and that they're "sorry" but to me, if you quote $350 FLAT RATE then you should honor that, not change it to $600. I've had four other companies who responded to the quote request and they quoted me around $400 for the exact same detailing. Not acceptable business practice to charge $200 to $250 difference. I assume this company is reputable because of their rating and amount of reviews so I'm disappointed in this interaction.
