The…read morewindows came in 5 weeks later and I was given a days notice that they were going to be installed on May 29th. This was a Friday, I took the day off work and the installers didn't show up until mid day on that day. The one upstairs window went in with no problem but the four downstairs windows had been measured wrong and were 4 1/2 inches too short. Also, when the owner of the company first came out to measure the windows, I told him that I knew there was there was some water damage beneath the windows. Since I own a home improvement company, he asked me if I wanted to repair the damage myself and I told him no. He asked me if I wanted it 'turn key ready' and I told him yes but when the installers got here to install the windows they told me they didn't do that kind of work for Window World and it would cost me an additional $150.00 for them to replace a few boards under the windows. I had the lumber in my garage but since the I had three 6ft tall holes in my house at the time, I said ok and let them use my lumber. I was in my house when I noticed one of the installers throwing up in my front yard while the other two ignored him. Then one of them decided to take him home but when that one got back he could only stay another hour because he was on parole from prison and had to leave by 5.. That left only one installer who then proceeded to talk none stop about his life, his girlfriend problems and his working conditions, to the point that I went upstairs and shut the door to avoid him. This installer stayed until midnight that night fiddling with the windows trying to seal them, knowing they were wrong. After he left I noticed that he had drank 8 of my alcoholic beverages out of my garage refrigerator. I went to Window World and complained about this installer and the owners son came out to re-measure my windows and replacements were ordered. I also told them about the additional $150.00 I had been charged and the receptionist laughed and said " oh gosh, you got duped". The replacement windows came in 8 weeks later on July 23rd and I was given a days notice that they needed to be installed. I am self employed so this caused me a bit of an issue to reschedule some clients but I was able to work it out. They told me it would be 'after lunch' but the installers didn't get there until 5:30 in the evening to replace three windows. Only after they pulled two of them out did they realize that, once again they were the wrong size. This time they are 2 inches too short. These installers barely tacked the windows in place, didn't seal anything, left the 2 windows they removed sitting in my back yard and left. I have daylight showing all around these windows, I've had to get a pest control company to come spray because of the lizards and bugs coming inside and every time it rains, I'm sitting there with towels in hand to soak up the water before it gets to my wood floors. I called Monday, August 17th to ask when my new windows might arrive and to tell them again about the air gaps and the receptionist laughed and said 'well, at least the lizards will get the bugs". REALLY!!!! I have personally gone to the company to complain twice, there have been numerous phone calls to them and the co owner of this house has called to speak with the owner only to be told "well, we've had to eat a set of windows already so what else do you want". I have sent them a dozen pictures via email of the damage done to my house and no one seems to care. It is now 4 weeks later and my kitchen is still in disrepair. I have contacted an attorney about this situation but I really feel like I am their mercy and I'm out so much money already. I know they don't care but this is my home and I do.

The initial estimate appt. required that we take off work early to be home but no one called or showed up. Rescheduled. Michael was nice and friendly. He returned to measure for our order. We paid half. Weeks went by. Finally We were told to move our furniture and they would arrive at 6:30 am (several weeks after ordered). No show. I called and spoke with Donna "oh, they got held up in Clinton and will be there by noon". No show, no call. Next morning got a call at 7:30 "they are on their way". I called at noon "where were they coming from at 7:30?" Clinton was Donna's reply. Well Clinton is only 30 min away. They are not here. Oh, they will definitely come today. The 3rd day I decided to go about my business and not stay home waiting. I finally called in the afternoon (Friday) and said you've had over $1000 for weeks now and I have nothing to show for it. I want my money back. This went on and on.......Donna said she spoke with owner and they would give me 2 free windows because I was so inconvenienced. I said great order them today and she assured me they would be in the next couple of weeks. Finally the following week I got a 10 min notice they were on the way to my home to install. I was an hour away from home! Carlos and his partner installed. They did an excellent job and we loved the windows. However, my two "FREE" windows not with them. I'd call to check and was told "Not on this weeks truck, two weeks in a row. The third week I called and she had been fired. The owner called me and said that was all a lie, he wasn't about " to give away the farm". He only cared about the trouble she left for him to deal with. I said you've got great product but terrible customer service. He was not concerned about my inconvenience . He offered to come over with Michael and get to the bottom of everything, but that was a week ago and I haven't even received a phone call or sincere "Im so sorry or anything. Don't give this awful company your business unless you want to pull your hair out from false information and empty promises.

They will spam your phone 10 times a day…read more They refuse to put you on a do not call list--or if they do, the employees refuse to abide by it. 10 times today!!! no exaggeration!!! I have been called by these people and it took me screaming at them and spamming them back to make them stop. I even threatened them with the police and they refused to stop spamming my phone calling every hour!! do NOT give these people your contact information. THIS HAS BEEN HARASSMENT!!!!
